just thought I’d drop you a message. I’m just over 2 weeks into my plan and really enjoying it. The odd day changed due to cold but managed the rest. PB, 3rd lady, and 1st in my age group at the weekend park run, so all looking great

After a few false starts with race postponements and cancellations due to Covid I really felt the benefit of sticking to Coach Steve’s 70.3 plan as I felt strong and well prepared going into the race. It is a very easy to navigate, varied plan so I didn’t get bored. I could see the progress as I was moving through the base and build phases which also helped with injury prevention. I would highly recommend this and other plans as Steve was available to answer any queries.
Great trial really enjoying getting back to training and this programme is giving me massive motivation to get fully back into training
I used your 40 week Beginner Ironman Program as part of my training for Ironman California because it fitted my personal time and commitment goals..
I met every one of my goals. My goals were to finish, to enjoy the experience, and to come out of it injury free. I finished in 15 hours and 3 minutes…exactly where I wanted to be.
Ironman was a bucket list item for me, and you helped me check that box! If I need another program for any of my other goals, I will be coming back to you!

I crushed the race! Placed 3rd in my age group! First time I’ve made the podium in any race. Huge confidence boost, and it was nice to see my hard work reflected
Recently used your intermediate 16 week Olympic plan and managed not only managed to PB my local race in Connecticut but also got an AG podium. Felt I really came on leaps and bounds in my bike so thank you very much Coach Steve!

Steven has been coaching me this year and I’ve had a great season – completing the NS for the first time in 4 years, injury free. If I could give 6 stars to coach Steve, I would. Initially I bought one of his excellent training plans and he gave me all the guidance needed to implement it. I then joined his 1-2-1 coaching squad and this was the best move I could have made. Coach Steve prepares my weekly plan based, not only on his forecasted programme, but on my current conditions, commitments, etc. Therefore, I am always training at my best! Training on heart rate I have seen a huge improvements in all three disciplines.
The plan Steven created for me provided the structure and motivation that was missing when I trained on my own. This made all the difference to my training weeks and was instrumental in helping me reach my race day goal!
Second time I have used the plan [Intermediate 70.3 12 week plan] and I really like the workout descriptions and guidance
