For me, a triathlon coach is somebody who not only produces training plans and feedback, but one who encourages one to be your best, to reach your true potential, and treats you equally no matter where you are at in the sport be it a beginner or category 1 triathlete. Steven Moody, definitely ticks those boxes. It has been such a great 11 months, that the journey will continue into 2019 to achieve some more goals!
I completed the 70.3 Base Plan and found it excellent. For me the biggest benefit was having the structured workouts and understanding what I was trying to achieve with each session. I could see myself progressing each week which helped with motivation. I also joined the PB Hit Squad and found this very useful. The weekly Zoom calls have allowed me to improve my triathlon knowledge which will help with the season ahead.
Really enjoyed your half marathon plan so I’ve bought your 20-week full marathon plan for Dublin – going to be great!
LOVE how the bike workout exports to Zwift!
Coach Steve has been coaching me this year, he has delivered a quality personalised training and recovery program that allows me to maintain a healthy work, life AND training balance. Steven is by far the most attentive coach I know. Feedback on sessions can be almost instant, there are times when there are comments coming in via TrainingPeaks or WhatsApp before I have realised a session has been uploaded. Most of all Steven’s enthusiasm and love for the sport comes through to his athletes, this makes all of the hardship fun.
I worked with Steve in preparation for my first Ironman in Cork in 2019. Steve left no stone unturned in getting me to the start line ready for action. He ran a course reccce weekend which was invaluable and shared some super raceway advice. The training plan and coaching was excellent as was the feedback from Steve who was always available. I would highly recommend Steve for anyone looking to achieve their goals!
This was my 1st time on one of these camps. Overall the camp was excellent, from the comms prior to the camp, whatsapp group messages leading up to and during the weekend, topics covered, planning sessions (including due to weather changes) and the great atmosphere within the group during the camp.
Both coaches were very knowledgeable, approachable and chilled.
I would recommend one of Coach Steve's camps to anyone looking to gain confidence, insight or a kick in the a** prior to their race.
Excellent person and professional coach, always available to the needs of athletes, at any time of the day. Well structured and easy to follow workout.
This plan works!
I competed in the IRONMAN 70.3 Lubbock over the weekend.
With Coach Steves plan I was able to finish in 05:22. I had a flat tire and a stuck chain which took 15 minutes off my bike time.
I was still able to shave off 50 minutes of my previous 70.3 time in Lubbock, and I know for sure that Coach Steves well structured plan played a big role in my PR.
I even got my spot for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in St. George in September.
Thank you Coach Steve!
I’m thrilled to start my Ironman journey with you. My training partner fell in love with your plan and will be buying one too
If you do what this coach tells you, I promise you you will go further, faster and feel better than you did before.
I have previously achieved significant improvements and PBs at 70.3 and full IM. This year I have returned to the Boss and in a very short time I am seeing benefits. I feel motivated to train, and I can’t wait to see what my race results are going to be.
I don’t think the guy can actually sleep because he always seems to be available
I used one of Steve's 2 month marathon training plans following IM Cork 70.3. The plan also included bike and swim. At no point did I feel like I was overtraining or being pushed over my limit. Steve was quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommended.
