Where possible incorporation of other set sessions e.g. Club track sessions on Fri or Club swim sessions on Mon and Weds
Based on your starting fitness e.g. only ran a max of 8km to date and worried about long runs – Coach Steve will fix the ramp rate to get you ready!

Steve's plan helped me successfully complete my first 70.3! The plan was manageable and I felt like I was able to move my workouts around as my scheduled allowed. I will be using the plan again to train for my next 70.3. Steve also provided helpful emails throughout the training plan.
Very grateful to Steve for the 70.3 beginner 30 week plan, tailored to my desire to improve my swimming while also getting ready for my first 70.3 race in August. It seems to be very comprehensive, i’ve gone for the heart rate option, and really appreciate Steve’s availability by email to answer queries, tweak plan etc. Fantastic value for money. I’ll be adding on his S&C sessions to it which are designed to integrate naturally. Set my start date for mid January so good motivation for the NY.

Great plan! I had a 12 min PR on exact same course from 2 yrs ago. Even in some hot conditions I met all my goals and felt confident and strong the entire race. One of the best decisions I've made in my short triathlon career to date was having Steven as my coach. I went from being barely able to run 5km without stopping multiple times to consistently placing top of my age group and winning the Sprint Age Group National Championships. Coach Steve and i started to work at the end of 2018. In May 2019 i finshed my first 70.3, i was surprised how well prepared i have been. In September i finished another 70.3, smashed my PB on one of the hardest courses on IM 70.3 calendar. Never in my life was i so fit and strong, this was by far best race ever. Now we are getting ready for full distance! Steve is great coach, very responsive, always ready for good advice and guidance and always taking care of his athletes!

I can’t say enough about how great Coach Steve’s PB Hit squad is! I had been training on my own using his 70.3 and OLY plans for 2 yrs prior to joining the squad and I wish I had joined earlier because 1 I gained a lot of better insight into how proper testing really impacts training. 2 I didn’t realize how much I was adjusting the plan & hurting my training when on my own 3 The topics covered in the zooms were insightful and Q&A helped me talk through scenarios that worried me Thanks CS!!
