Thanks for a great plan I finished in 2:23h 38 – 59 – 41 min. The heat was a bit hard at the end of the run and have to improve my swimming but learned already a lot from your plan
Iāve used Steveās plans for a few races and find the great. Very well structured and easy to follow. Great for days when you have little motivation and just want to be told what training to do.
Coach Steveās training package helped me to perform better than I ever thought possible in the 2017 West Australian 70.3 ironman. I went from being a middle of the pack finisher to finishing in the top 20% in my age group by following his intermediate 12 week plan on Training Peaks. I actually enjoyed the whole training period and went into the event feeling confident and strong. The plan was easy to follow with full detailed sets and is incredible value for money. The swim sets are particularly great with enough variety to keep it interesting. Iāve come back for another training program this year and Steve has been awesome answering my emails, almost in real time conversation. Highly recommended!

Iāve just finished an excellent 70.3 training weekend in Youghal with Steve and Mark.
They took us round the course (including the infamous Windmill Hill!!!) and gave us lots of advice on the course itself, training, nutrition etc .
At best Iām average and Iāll admit I was a bit anxious that the weekend might have been too fast and more for stronger athletes but I was thankfully wrong- we divided into groups and worked together and it was great. And really good fun!!!!!
