I completed the 70.3 Base Plan and found it excellent. For me the biggest benefit was having the structured workouts and understanding what I was trying to achieve with each session. I could see myself progressing each week which helped with motivation. I also joined the PB Hit Squad and found this very useful. The weekly Zoom calls have allowed me to improve my triathlon knowledge which will help with the season ahead.
I completed my first Ironman in Klagenfurt, Austria, using the 6-month training plan. Working 50 hours a week, the plan is well-designed and with enough flexibility to be able to balance training with a demanding work schedule.
Coach Steve was always very responsive to questions and provided constructive advice based on my personal performance needs, and the metrics dashboard provided helpful insights into progress. I look forward to using Smart Endurance Solutions for future races!

I set out looking to do a full distance Ironman event with no previous experience of triathlon and no idea what a training plan would look like. I had no idea where to start so I got the beginner time crunched Ironman plan, I have a part time job while studying engineering at university so my time was slim. I wasn’t racing for a time I was racing to get to the finish and this plan fit my schedule amazingly and I made it to the line ! I now have the bug for triathlon and purchased my second plan

I’ve been using the training plan for 3 weeks now and love it. I don’t have to think about anything, the explanations are well detailed and it’s easy to follow. Looking forward to finishing it!
Thanks Steven @ SMart Endurance Solutions, this is a great plan well structured and easy to follow. I followed this plan missing the odd session here and there, but with the aid of proper nutrition I got new sprint PB and to make it even better i got a 5km run PB aswell in the same race.
I've been boosting to my friends about this. The Olympic will be my next adventure for a new PB.

I had been trying to beat my 5km Personal Best for a couple of years when I was recommended to contact Coach Steve about a training plan. I signed up for a 12 week plan and 4 weeks in I’ve already broken my PB. I’m excited now to see just how far I can go over the next 8 weeks. The plan worked so well for me that I joined the PBhitsquad which is a great way to feel connected with athletes from around the world. Coach Steve and Mark also provide insightful and helpful sessions covering all things Tri. I have since engaged Coach Steve for 1-2-1 coaching he keeps me focused, and is always encouraging. Coach Steve and i started to work at the end of 2018. In May 2019 i finshed my first 70.3, i was surprised how well prepared i have been. In September i finished another 70.3, smashed my PB on one of the hardest courses on IM 70.3 calendar. Never in my life was i so fit and strong, this was by far best race ever. Now we are getting ready for full distance!
Steve is great coach, very responsive, always ready for good advice and guidance and always taking care of his athletes!
