    What a fantastic service. Coach Steve is very responsive and clearly knows his stuff. I purchased a 70.3 training programme which Coach Steve personalised specifically for my training time restrictions, Wattbike and strengths. The program uploaded to training peaks is detailed enough to have some clearly thought out science behind it, yet explained simple enough for me to understand and implement it! Highly recommended – 5 out of 5!

    I reached out to several coaches in July 2021 and Steve responded with not only the plan he would recommended, but also the encouragement I, a total noob needed to follow through! I went by his program and not only did I finish my first triathlon, but came in 3rd in my age group! I just signed up for an IRONMAN 70.3 and will definitely be going with Couch Steve for my training plan!

    Steve organised a fantastic weekend, steve along with Mark covered the swim, bike and run courses, advice on transitions, nutrition, fuelling on the go. Plus advice on training on lead up to the event. Couldn't ask for more for a triathlete to newbie Ironman competitor. Have the confidence compete on race day, bring it on!

    Just finished your 12-week beginner Olympic plan and had an awesome day out – my swim was way better than expected, the bike had me passing lots of people and I finished the run a little slower than I hoped but my overall time was WAY faster than my target 3 hours (2:48!) – thank you so much!

    Should I go straight onto an intermediate plan now? I want to race again soon

As someone on the wrong side of their mid forties and somewhat daunted by the thought of doing a full Ironman I contacted Steve and I’m so glad I did.     Steve I’ve just completed Dublin City Marathon and the 16 week plan I got from you for it more than delivered. It was my first marathon and hit 3:35 which for someone who wouldn’t class themselves as a runner isn’t s bad start! The plan was very easy to follow and I know with my new targets in my head the plan will help to (hopefully) hit those too.
