I’ve been working with Coach Steven as my coach since late 2015. He’s has a great flexibility to his approach which really suits any Athlete’s personal circumstances. Since he has been my coach I have achieved a number of personal bests at various distances, also I’ve learn’t a lot about the sport outside of the day to day training, understanding what to eat prior to a race, also how to prepare myself physically & mentally on race day.

Hello! I am currently training on a 16 week Olympic triathlon plan and loving it.
Coach Steve’s training package helped me to perform better than I ever thought possible in the 2017 West Australian 70.3 ironman. I went from being a middle of the pack finisher to finishing in the top 20% in my age group by following his intermediate 12 week plan on Training Peaks. I actually enjoyed the whole training period and went into the event feeling confident and strong. The plan was easy to follow with full detailed sets and is incredible value for money. The swim sets are particularly great with enough variety to keep it interesting. I’ve come back for another training program this year and Steve has been awesome answering my emails, almost in real time conversation. Highly recommended!
What a fantastic service. Coach Steve is very responsive and clearly knows his stuff. I purchased a 70.3 training programme which Coach Steve personalised specifically for my training time restrictions, Wattbike and strengths. The program uploaded to training peaks is detailed enough to have some clearly thought out science behind it, yet explained simple enough for me to understand and implement it! Highly recommended – 5 out of 5!
I found Steve’s training plan originally on training peaks, and have used these training plans to get me to Ironman UK and Ironman Portugal this year, Steve advice, experience and guidance enable me to finish Ironman Portugal in a time that I could originally only dream of. Steve webinars on YouTube and really helped prepare for the races, preparing me for what to expect on race day, the training plan was easy to follow and gave me accountability ensuring I was ready for race day.
