I am using coach Steve's intermediate 20 week plan to prepare for this season. Every session is super easy to follow, when loaded into TrainingPeaks they sync with my watch which is great! If I do have a question I can email Steve, and he's always quick to respond with clarifications and encouragement :-). My power has increased on the bike, and I have PB'd a local 10k race already in the build up to the season. Highly recommend getting one of these plans. I am going get a70.3 plan next
I just finished my first 70.3 after following Coach Steve's 70.3 plan. While I started off pretty nervous about the whole idea the plan helped me build confidence over time. Even when I got hit with Covid near the end of my build phase Coach Steve helped me re-organize my plan and push through to the end. I'm not the fastest athlete out there but Coach Steve's plan gave me the confidence to push myself to run hard and strong right through the end. Thanks Coach!
Coach Steve put together a comprehensive training plan for 70.3 Mallorca. Steve took the time to make sure the plan takes into account Christmas break, my other commitments (college) and B races along the way. I’m really happy with it and started training this week with only 20 weeks to go to the race. Bring it on!!!

I purchased the 12 week 70.3 Advanced training plan. It was easy to follow, Coach Steve was very responsive & helpful via email – overall excellent value for money!
Being able to reorder sessions in TrainingPeaks is very useful, so recommend the Premium plan (which you get free for 30 days).
Following this plan allowed me to take 25 mins off my 70.3 PB (despite missing run sessions due to injury) – that says it all! Thanks Coach Steve 🙂

I have been using Coach Steve’s maintenance and race prep plans for 9 months. The plans have been great: easy to follow, clear progression and enjoyable. The icing on the cake has been the quick and thoughtful input I have received along the way – invaluable! I have gone from being a middle-of-the pack finisher to qualifying for the 70.3 Ironman World Championship in St George in my last race. 50+ and getting better. I wanted to say thanks!, simply Thanks! and thank you a lot. I followed mostly the 20 weeks plan for Training for my 70.3 and beat 3 out of my 4 goals.
1. finish under 6 hours – done
2. finish my 13.1 under 2h30 mins – done
3. be in aero for the most part of the bike – done
4. swim under 30 mins – not done but very very close!
I liked everything that you put in the program and although sometimes I was tired, life got in the way, or had other commitments, it was by all means v
