I really enjoyed your Olympic distance training plan and had a lot of fun participating in a sprint and Olympic triathlon last summer.

Steve I’ve just completed Dublin City Marathon and the 16 week plan I got from you for it more than delivered. It was my first marathon and hit 3:35 which for someone who wouldn’t class themselves as a runner isn’t s bad start! The plan was very easy to follow and I know with my new targets in my head the plan will help to (hopefully) hit those too.
Good evening! I am coming to the end of my Olympic distance tri plan of yours I found on training peaks and wanted to share that I have really enjoyed the training process! Your workouts were easy to follow and I feel they have led me to being very prepared for my event (2.5 weeks out). Having followed a variety of plans in the past, I found yours to be particularly helpful and well-crafted!
I am very happy with your plan and I will keep using it and most probably others, too.
Coach Steve’s plan was perfect for me – not only did it help me ease back into training after an injury – it helped me hit a new PB four years after my last!
So now am plotting my next race with more confidence than I have had for years – thanks CS
I want to say I liked your training schedule and although I didn’t have to consult you much, it is a good feeling you have a backup. Also your emails with advises and your data which you can consult is good.
I like your training for 50+ people, I feel I am recuperating better, I was doing another training plan but I like this one better. Feeling stronger every day.
I did my race last Saturday, I would call your plan a super smashing success!
I don’t remember going that fast for that long, and climbing over 3000 feet.
I tell anybody who will listen to check out Steve Moody.
Thanks so much, Steve. I’ll be in touch

I want to let you know that my son, CJ Hoff, finished his FULL DISTANCE Wisconsin last weekend. It was brutally cold and wet. Rained all day. He used your beginning plan, originally supposed to be for Texas but had to move to Wisconsin.
He is 18 and this was his first triathlon. He will be heading to Boot camp for the Marines on Monday. The training was a great success and perfect for getting him ready for the military. Thank you!
Hey Coach, just want to say a massive thank you for the training plan and guidance over the last couple of months, absolutely world class! Yesterdays half marathon was another PB and I actually went faster than my recent 10 mile PB. At 42, I thought my days of breaking records were well and truly over. Thank you, sir
Grabbed a nice age group win in my first tri of the season yesterday – helped of course by your training plan! 🙂
Thanks for tips on the journey Steve. I couldn’t stick to planned training with life/work, but improvised a little . Oh and got 6th in over 60 age category
After following Steve’s Olympic Distance training programs for a year, I was able to shave 18 minutes off my previous time!! Stoked by the results knowing I’ve still got a lot to improve on and am back on the program to have another PB next time around.
