Gearing up for my first 70.3 in Feb and am enjoying Steve’s program. Very easy to understand and follow and he’s happy to chip in and give in some guidance along the way too! Money well spent.

Thank you, coach. The run is where I felt the best. I followed your mantra, tighten the core, lean forward, and take a step. Felt wonderful the whole way thru the run. I must say, I followed your plan to 90% of it and started the day with a 15hr goal for a first timer and I am thrilled I hit it with room to spare! And all this was with just a TP plan with no interaction on a weekly basis. I am sold 🙂 .. I think those that have access to you often are going to crush their races
This was my 1st time on one of these camps. Overall the camp was excellent, from the comms prior to the camp, whatsapp group messages leading up to and during the weekend, topics covered, planning sessions (including due to weather changes) and the great atmosphere within the group during the camp.
Both coaches were very knowledgeable, approachable and chilled.
I would recommend one of Coach Steve's camps to anyone looking to gain confidence, insight or a kick in the a** prior to their race.
I did Dublin City triathlon yesterday, standard distance, first one since 2015….I was happy with how it went. 1st in age group, even though there was only 3 of us😀
I liked the training plan and I loved all the heart rate training and could definitely see improvements.
I'm doing my 5th full IM this year – IMCA and chose Coach Steve's plan as I liked the longer duration and the 50+ training plan – 2 weeks hard, 1 lighter week. I had a complication tho as I'm doing the St George 70.3 WC in mid Sept then have 2.5 weeks of travel between St George and IMCA. Coach Steve came up with a revised plan that allowed for my race, recovery, travel and then enough key workouts to be ready for IMCA.
A great job, very responsive and I highly recommend him as a Coach!
. Great plan by the way and already loving the ability to swap days around for family/work etc
Steve makes exercise enjoyable. I look forward to my next session every day. Steve's experience is very reliable. My overall well-being is greatly improved. The triathlon is secondary to the overall benefit of being coached by Steve. My wife loves what he has done to me. A word of warning, don't eat doughnuts during your interview.
Hi Coach Steve! I’m loving this plan you have developed. Thank you!
Hi Coach Steve,
I did the marathon in Paris and I did a 22’ pb 😊
Thanks for putting together this plan and all the support you have given.
Thanks,
Andi
I like your training for 50+ people, I feel I am recuperating better, I was doing another training plan but I like this one better. Feeling stronger every day.
My Kona Qualification is a joint achievement by me working with Coach Steve. He took a chance on me almost 4 years ago when the only thing going for me was relentless consistency. I thought he would tell me what to do, to “train smarter” and if I did it to the letter, I would improve. What actually happened was much more collaborative, with us both listening to the other and sharing decisions together, modifying the plan as required, truly the difference between training and coaching
What a ride guys I m just over the moon with nearly 23mins improvement on the distance compared to my last 70.3 in Bahrain…
Smartendurancesolutions thank you! Coach Steven Moody perfect training plan
Was delighted with the training plan so wanted to drop you a reply when your email came out! I took up triathlon after 8 years out of it so this really was couch to 70.3!!
My A race for the year the 70.3 in Youghal and for the most part was very happy with how it went. Completed it in 5 hours 25 mins which was inside my target time of 5:30 !!!
Thanks again for all the support through your plan over the last 30 weeks or so!
