Just a big old thank you for the recent PB in my latest 70.3! Got over a little panic attack in the swim (partly thanks to the advice on the visualisation to help me get my mind in the game – mainly down to me MTFU ;-)) , smashed my bike and held it together for the run! I will be in touch re the next challenge – Ironman Barcelona in 2022!

My triathlon was last weekend and I came in 3rd in my group, master clydesdale.
After initially signing up for a practical 70.3 plan, I then moved to his coaching. The tailored approach with constant feedback makes the whole process and delivers everything I want from training. You can see the improvements with each block but most importantly training is enjoyable. Coach Steve gets the balance between tough sessions and recovery just right so that training is consistent. Steve’s knowledge on all aspects of each discipline would make me highly recommend his plans & coaching.
Thank you sooo much for the 70.3 plan!!! It was perfect. I questioned the taper weeks so so little to do but day before race my garmin actually said peaking. I was recovered and fresh. I PR’d my 70.3 on same course I did last year first week of December. Attached is photos from garmin for PR proof:). Thanks again. Love your plans.
A wonderful training plan that fits in with my busy work lifestyle. The sessions are well prepared and well thought of with many little bits of advice along the way. The guidance will get you through to race day leaving you with much confidence, meaning you only need to remember to bring your kit! The author is very approachable and helped me pick out the right plan for me and went out of his way in doing so. I am very appreciative of that and would certainly recommend Steve to everyone. As someone who needs structure to my training I found working with Steve invaluable. Constant feedback helped keep me focused and when I was unfortunate to pick up an injury we worked together to ensure training was back on track.

I completed my first 70.3 this week. Thank you so much for the beginner training plan! The event was a blast, and I surprisingly completed/finished feeling strong. I was actually amazed that I was not tired during the run and I owe a lot of that to your plan. I am already browsing what other plans you have out there!
