    Really enjoyable weekend to get familiar with the IM Cork course. Lots of great advice and tips from coach Steve in both formal presentation and informal format while out on the course. Would highly recommend especially for those new to Ironman.

    Signed up for my first IM which was due to take place in August 2021. Although the race itself was canceled, some friends and I decided to do the IM distances ourselves in June. Admittedly I cut the training short by 2 months but with that said I was still more then prepared and breezed through the swim, bike and run. I can't say enough good things about the program and when it comes Coach Steve himself, he is always on hand with speedy email responses and a wealth of knowledge!

    Steve's plan helped me successfully complete my first 70.3! The plan was manageable and I felt like I was able to move my workouts around as my scheduled allowed. I will be using the plan again to train for my next 70.3. Steve also provided helpful emails throughout the training plan.

    After completing a number of half Ironman’s I reached a plateau in training and was finding it difficult to move forward.
    I enrolled in a training program with Coach Steve and after setting my goals he starting providing feedback on a weekly basis on my sessions.
    In between I obtained pbs in sprint and Olympic distance.
    After postponement of events he changed plan to accommodate my desires.
    The result a 5.28 in Ironman 70.3 Turkey at 53 years without any major injuries along the way.

    A wonderful training plan that fits in with my busy work lifestyle. The sessions are well prepared and well thought of with many little bits of advice along the way. The guidance will get you through to race day leaving you with much confidence, meaning you only need to remember to bring your kit!     Just short thoughts and memo at the other side of the incredible experience that was Ironman Emilia-Romagna.

    All in all, a great day, great race, incredible race course, quite manageable, and in the end my time was even better than I expected.
    I want to thank you for the program I used. It got me well prepared and it was never the overwhelming experience I was afraid of in the beginning. So, if nothing else, a big THANK YOU for your part in making the whole experience as great as it was. It was even that great, that I am almost sure to do this again

    Coach Steve’s plan helped me to have a great Oly distance race. While it wasn’t my first tri, my event marked my return to triathlon after a period of time away.     As a first time triathlete, I can definitely recommend the training plans of Steve. Over the last 6 months I’ve tried to do everything myself, but couldn’t see the wood for the trees. Which zone calculator to use? Which sessions actually work? How make sure not to undertrain? How not to overtrain? Steve’s training plans are straightforward and take all that guesswork out of it. Big bonus: the extremely fast responses to emails (24/7 it seems, do you even sleep?!) really help with all the little details that you usually just gloss over and provide even more peace of mind during training. All in all highly recommended!
