I’m entering week 20 of your ADVANCED IRONMAN 32 week (50yrs+, HR-based) program. Really enjoying the plan so far, making great progress, and—knock on wood—remain injury-free.

Great help, and very quick responses to specific problems and issues. Really good service, that I would highly recommend!
I can’t say enough about Coach Steve and his training plans!
I’m only 5 weeks in to my 32 week beginner Ironman training plan and
have already seen huge improvements in my fitness…especially my
running! At the start, 4 km seemed like a hurdle but now I’m easily
running 7-12 km 3+ times a week. It took me months to reach those kind
of distances when I was training for a half several years back.
On top of the great plans, Coach Steve has been incredibly accessible
and has helped to move around my workouts to work with my crazy
schedule and my fitness level…it’s been super helpful knowing that
there’s someone there to help and build a bit flexibility into the
program, rather than just skipping workouts all together.
I’m really just getting started and already have a ton of confidence
in my ability to make it across the finish line. I would highly
recommend SMart Endurance Solutions and Coach Steve
Just wanted to say ended up with 2 PBs this season from one of your marathon plans – a B race half marathon PB (complete bonus – very happy) and nailed my A race marathon goal – thank you and happy holidays to you and your family Coach Steve
I am fortunate to call Steve my coach for the past four years. He invests 100% in the process and is extremely dedicated to all of his athletes. What sets Steve apart is the value he brings to the process, with regular insights, tips and recommendations tailored to meet your training needs and race goals. Steve's tailored training plan ensured I completed my first marathon in 2:53 and maiden Ironman in 10:32. In addition, my times have improved each year, not bad for a man in his early 40's.
Being a complete novice in the triathlon world, I thought what better way to ease myself in to it than doing a full Ironman. I knew immediately I needed some form of guidance and I am so glad I came across Steve and his various detailed training plans. Even if purchasing a standalone plan, Steve has been on hand to return my emails and give me answers to the many questions I have had.
It's very apparent that Steve is dedicated in his coaching and I wouldn't look anywhere else for help/coaching.
I worked with Steve in achieving my goal of completing a full Ironman. I found Steves Training plan very structured and easy to use but flexible enough to change when needed.
Completed my Ironman and I continue to use Steve’s Training plans to stay fit.
I did it, I finished my very first Ironman 🥳💪🏽✌🏼
And therefore I want to thank you so much for everything. Without your plan and email support I am not sure if I would have finished it… on top, I did the IM completely (with my buddy) on my own because all race from Ironman were cancelled because of Corona.
In the end my dream came through on 6.9.2020 after 12:19:52 hrs.
I am very happy and my legs are dead now 😂😂”
I have been working with Steve and his plans now for a few years on a couple of different events. If you stick to the plans, the results will follow. The man knows his stuff. He also has a vast amount of experience and knowledge. He will answer any queries you might have and also has a solution to most problems (sport related🙂). Allways money well spent. I look forward to future plans with Steve and hopefully with better days ahead for everyone.

Found plans to be excellent. Daily feedback on sessions keeps me motivated. Big Improvements in FTP & running as a result of base work. Highly recommend coach Steve
Following the training plan worked like a charm, no surprises on race day
I would like to say thank you again for your support. I finished my #7 Ironman in personal best 10:05h. The bike course was 5km longer and the transition area was super long. So I believe i would have been sub 10 🙂 I’m very happy with my performance/results.
I have your full-distance plan (24 weeks) and I love it, a big fan!
