Plans are detailed and easy to follow and Coach Steve´s support is exceptional. Could definitely see and feel improvement even halfway through the program.
I started my first IM training plan with Coach Steve a few weeks ago. He provided helpful advice prior to my decision to sign up. Since then, he has been very responsive and helpful with troubleshooting and sorting our workout plan details. I look forward to continuing my plan under Coach Steve!”
I’m really enjoying this training plan. It’s my first time using training peaks and the accountability is incredible as well as the benefits of not having to think about a training routine for the week. Plus all the data!!!
I haven't signed up yet but have been chatting through social media and I'm super excited to find my next 70.3 or Olympic distance Tri to train for, and hoping to sign up with Smart Endurance Solutions. Seems like an amazing value and at very reasonable price points! Happy training 🙂
Thanks to your plan, I finished Kona last October as a first timer. Definitely made some mistakes but didn't need the Med Tent at the finish.
Happy new week! I wanted to share I took part in my first Olympic triathlon last week and got 3rd place in my age group. More importantly, is that I felt strong and comfortable during the event which was my goal! The placing was an added bonus
Great thanks to Steve for immersing myself in successfully-finished triathletes.
For example in the Russian market is dominated by plans from Nonames. Prices bite, and the plans are created according to standard selling templates, without confirmation of the coaches ‘ expertise. There are a lot of such offers on training peaks. On the contrary, Steve’s plans show a huge experience as a coach and athlete. The plans themselves are simple, transparent, and perfectly structured. Before choosing, I wrote to the coach, he warned me about the difficulties, explained the requirements for me as an athlete. He checked my plans for adequacy and then gave me all the necessary recommendations. This only confirmed my desire to follow his plan.
When I got sick during training, the coach gave instructions on how to adjust the training to compensate for the loss of form.
For the little correspondence that we had during the training, Steve has shown himself to be a very nice person, and training athletes for him is more than just earnings. He plans to invest in themselves and their knowledge.“
I have completed 2 half distances and on full IM & would highly recommend this plan. It's logical, easy to follow, and really gets you to enjoy the process of getting to the start line with the confidence that you are in the great shape to complete the event. All individual advice from Coach Steve was excellent, pragmatic, and delivered with reference to my individual targets & ability. And of course with the right balance of fun! I exceeded my goals on all the legs using this plan!
Thank so much for a brilliant training program. Absolutely spot on as always. Another PB to add the collection over the last three months. Delighted!!
After completing a number of half Ironman’s I reached a plateau in training and was finding it difficult to move forward.
I enrolled in a training program with Coach Steve and after setting my goals he starting providing feedback on a weekly basis on my sessions.
In between I obtained pbs in sprint and Olympic distance.
After postponement of events he changed plan to accommodate my desires.
The result a 5.28 in Ironman 70.3 Turkey at 53 years without any major injuries along the way.
PR’d. Great program! Thanks!
The 32-week plan (which I followed to a tee, minus a few swims) was truly phenomenal and was instrumental in helping me reach my goal of a sub-12hr (albeit “unofficial”) Ironman finish… (My friend and I mapped out the Ironman course and did it, along with a few other diehards, on the exact date the race would have taken place). The official entry was rolled into 2021 so I’m gearing up for what I hope will be another PR.
