I purchased the Beginner Ironman 22 week (50yrs+) plan that included email access to Coach. So far I am very pleased with this heart rate based plan. I was also pleased to see a training plan designed for my particular age group. This plan helps greatly to organize my weekly workouts. And if you have a Garmin Forerunner 935 watch, this plan can be synced to Garmin app which makes it even simpler to keep track! Worked with Coach Steve for my first IM in Cork 2019, he had me in great shape and with all his prep and training the race went better than I ever expected with a top 20 female finish. He was also a welcome asset in the 2020 season in the face of such race uncertainty, we focused on my cycling and really saw the benefits. Thanks Steve!

Just finishing up one of your excellent Ironman base training plans – FTP up by 10% from start, completed the run test 20 secs faster per km than when I started – feeling strong!!! Thank you Coach Steve …. so now lets talk full plans!!! 😉

Recently attended a Cork training camp with Steve Moody and Mark Rushby. An excellent weekend, the two lads couldn’t do enough to help , tips on course strategy , nutrition , transitions and course specific advice to name but a few. They went above and beyond to help everyone of all abilities and done it with a smile. Couldn’t recommend these lads highly enough for anyone wishing to attend a coaching camp look no further than Steve and Mark.. thanks for all your help lads
