Thank you Coach and I love the training so far. I only wish i lived somewhere close by to train with you, because i see the positive benefits of your plans remotely!

Great coach Steve!! I’m following your plan for the Ironman and I’m improving very well!! Very fast in email reply with his advice and assistance!! Highly recommended
I have been using Coach Steve’s maintenance and race prep plans for 9 months. The plans have been great: easy to follow, clear progression and enjoyable. The icing on the cake has been the quick and thoughtful input I have received along the way – invaluable! I have gone from being a middle-of-the pack finisher to qualifying for the 70.3 Ironman World Championship in St George in my last race. 50+ and getting better. I can highly recommend Coach Steve and his plans.
The 32-week plan (which I followed to a tee, minus a few swims) was truly phenomenal and was instrumental in helping me reach my goal of a sub-12hr (albeit “unofficial”) Ironman finish… (My friend and I mapped out the Ironman course and did it, along with a few other diehards, on the exact date the race would have taken place). The official entry was rolled into 2021 so I’m gearing up for what I hope will be another PR.
The weekly zoom meetings with Coach Steve & other triathletes, hearing about their races & training has taken some of the stress away, the information & advice is spot on. Thanks, Coach Steve for your support.
I am training for my 1st full Ironman using the 40 week advanced training plan and I love it. The flow, ease of use and durations fit into my work and family life perfectly without sacrificing training. Also helps that Coach Steve is super responsive to emails. Thank you!!
Your plan really assisted me in my training. I especially enjoyed the fact that the workouts loaded to my Garmin watch and then told me what Zone to be in. The drag-and-drop calendar was great helping to move sessions around.
My fitness improved dramatically, and I lost 26lbs in weight which was an achievement in itself!
I feel a bit cheated (with cancelled swim) as I cant really say I have done a 70.3 but enjoyed the training and would definitely recommend
I can’t say enough about how great Coach Steve’s PB Hit squad is! I had been training on my own using his 70.3 and OLY plans for 2 yrs prior to joining the squad and I wish I had joined earlier because
1 I gained a lot of better insight into how proper testing really impacts training.
2 I didn’t realize how much I was adjusting the plan & hurting my training when on my own
3 The topics covered in the zooms were insightful and Q&A helped me talk through scenarios that worried me
Thanks CS!!
I have worked with Steve from sprint races to 70.3 distance. Steve provides excellent planned out programmes and provides detailed feedback to ensure you are making progress and know your numbers for race day.
After 4 attempts I finally broke my goal time for a marathon and QUALIFIED for Boston! All down to your plan … so delighted – thank you Coach Steve
I am currently about halfway through your marathon off-season plan, trying to slowly build up my mileage after a rocky year of injury from running, ahead of a marathon block leading into a full distance ironman block. The plan is going great and I am enjoying the variety and gaining fitness at a good rate without having to push too much in the off-season which is nice
Being able to swim, bike and run, albeit for really short distances, I signed up for IM Ireland giving myself 8 months of training with a plan from Steve starting mind January.
Of all the items used during training and on race day Steve’s plan was one that gave me a huge return on investment over everything else. Without it I would have been training blind and I am confident I would not have completed the day.
Huge thanks Coach Steve for the support on my IM journey.
Davin.
With all kind wishes and support of crossed another milestone on 8th Oct 23. Completed my first Ironman Goa 70.3 in 7:14:23 hrs. The weather was so brutal that out of 787 starters, only 517 crossed the finish line i.e. 34% DNF. Thanks a lot, Steven sir, on the hardest climb on the bike and 36’c run your words were in my mind – Believe your Training. Next target Ironman Kazak.
