Coach Steve and i started to work at the end of 2018. In May 2019 i finshed my first 70.3, i was surprised how well prepared i have been. In September i finished another 70.3, smashed my PB on one of the hardest courses on IM 70.3 calendar. Never in my life was i so fit and strong, this was by far best race ever. Now we are getting ready for full distance!
Steve is great coach, very responsive, always ready for good advice and guidance and always taking care of his athletes!

Steven has been coaching me this year and I’ve had a great season – completing the NS for the first time in 4 years, injury free. After initially signing up for a practical 70.3 plan, I then moved to his coaching. The tailored approach with constant feedback makes the whole process and delivers everything I want from training. You can see the improvements with each block but most importantly training is enjoyable. Coach Steve gets the balance between tough sessions and recovery just right so that training is consistent. Steve’s knowledge on all aspects of each discipline would make me highly recommend his plans & coaching.
