Both me and my wife are using 36 weeks ironman training program from smartendurancesolution, this will be her first full ironman and my third full ironman. This program we use now is specially made for ironman Italy / emilia – romania by smartendurancesolution. So i have good comperance on other programs, I highly recommend smartendurancesolution ironman training plan.
I’m actually wrapping up one of your plans right now for a half iron in Waco on Oct 16th. Really enjoy using your plans as they truly help me finish strong and give me great confidence going into race day

The plan was great, the level of detail was perfect and all the additional info is a big help.

Thanks to Cairnscrocstriclub for another amazing duathlon event this morning. I worked with Steve in preparation for my first Ironman in Cork in 2019. Steve left no stone unturned in getting me to the start line ready for action. He ran a course reccce weekend which was invaluable and shared some super raceway advice. The training plan and coaching was excellent as was the feedback from Steve who was always available. I would highly recommend Steve for anyone looking to achieve their goals!

And therefore I want to thank you so much for everything. Without your plan and email support I am not sure if I would have finished it… on top, I did the IM completely (with my buddy) on my own because all race from Ironman were cancelled because of Corona.

I went from zero triathlon experience to completing a sub 6 hour 70.3 Iron man following the BEGINNER 70.3 30 week plan. I found the base weeks great and then could see my performance really start improving in the build weeks. Easy to follow and adequate rest
After 2 years of Covid cancellations , I finally made it to the start line of the 2022 Port Macquarie 70.3 Ironman. It was hard to stay motivated through Covid lockdowns and weeks of rain, but Steve's program kept me focused and gave me a realistic training load and intensity. I realised I'd been overtraining, and Steve's program taught me the value of low heart rate sessions. I was impressed with Steve's quick response to emails and his reassuring and helpful advice. I'm writing this review in the middle of a 70.3 training plan. But I've feel so supported by the coach that I already bought the Ironman Training Plan. In 3 months I'm back in a very good shape and eager to get racing.
The main thing about getting an online training plan is the feeling you're getting a plan from a machine, this is the complete oposite with the coach helping me every step of the way! A excelent plan from a very nice human being !
