I started with SM by buying a 70.3 plan in Feb/22. I live in a rural area so few in person coaching options in my area. The plan worked so well for me that I joined the PBhitsquad which is a great way to feel connected with athletes from around the world. Coach Steve and Mark also provide insightful and helpful sessions covering all things Tri. I have since engaged Coach Steve for 1-2-1 coaching he keeps me focused, and is always encouraging. He has helped me finish two 70.3 this year. Thx

Currently, training using coach Steve’s beginner plan, I am founding his plan great and in line with my expectations and my time availability, also coach Steve was super helpful and responsive when answering queries. I've been doing Olympic and Sprint tri's for a few years and decided to make the step up to 70.3 this year. Coach Steve's training plan is clear, easy to follow and most important, accessible. I was overwhelmed with the idea of building my own plan and found some plans on the interwebs to be very confusing. I love that Coach Steve's plan workouts that repeat week after week while slowly increasing in volume and pace; it makes it very accessible and feels manageable. I'm more fit than ever!

This plan works!
I competed in the IRONMAN 70.3 Lubbock over the weekend.
With Coach Steves plan I was able to finish in 05:22. I had a flat tire and a stuck chain which took 15 minutes off my bike time.
I was still able to shave off 50 minutes of my previous 70.3 time in Lubbock, and I know for sure that Coach Steves well structured plan played a big role in my PR.
I even got my spot for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in St. George in September.

I used Smartendurancesolutions for my 1st full Ironman this year, I can’t recommend Smartendurancesolutions enough, Steven took me from very low levels of fitness to completing an Ironman in a time I had only dreamed of. There is great feedback on all sessions. It is easy to see all sessions have a purpose and tie into the overall plan. Heart-rate controlled sessions, which make it all easier on race day to stay on target in zone and in control. The added advantage of having a coach who is very experienced and accomplished long distance racer, is great for bringing a calming effect, for those times of pre-race panic
