I have been working with Steve and his plans now for a few years on a couple of different events. If you stick to the plans, the results will follow. The man knows his stuff. He also has a vast amount of experience and knowledge. He will answer any queries you might have and also has a solution to most problems (sport related🙂). Allways money well spent. I look forward to future plans with Steve and hopefully with better days ahead for everyone.

Was delighted to see what improvements your 24 week Inter Oly plan had earned me – was touch and go for a while to see if the race would go ahead – but man, when it did … I was not disappointed = 2 min PB on the swim, 14 PB on the bike and 5 mins on my run … felt strong the entire way (ok maybe not in the last 2km of the run … LOL)

I have been using Coach Steve’s maintenance and race prep plans for 9 months. The plans have been great: easy to follow, clear progression and enjoyable. The icing on the cake has been the quick and thoughtful input I have received along the way – invaluable! I have gone from being a middle-of-the pack finisher to qualifying for the 70.3 Ironman World Championship in St George in my last race. 50+ and getting better. I can highly recommend Coach Steve and his plans.
Vancouver triathlon (olympic) was today for me with a PB, despite being with minimal sleep and training in the past 40 days (baby was born)! I haven't received the results yet but I am happy with the experience and my performance! Felt good passing some people with Team Canada jerseys on that bike! I set out looking to do a full distance Ironman event with no previous experience of triathlon and no idea what a training plan would look like. I had no idea where to start so I got the beginner time crunched Ironman plan, I have a part time job while studying engineering at university so my time was slim. I wasn’t racing for a time I was racing to get to the finish and this plan fit my schedule amazingly and I made it to the line ! I now have the bug for triathlon and purchased my second plan
With this time I became 4th in my AG (36 woman) AND I won a slot for the IM70.3 WC in St. George End of October! What a great success

I had been trying to beat my 5km Personal Best for a couple of years when I was recommended to contact Coach Steve about a training plan. I signed up for a 12 week plan and 4 weeks in I’ve already broken my PB. I’m excited now to see just how far I can go over the next 8 weeks. I would highly recommended Coach Steve if your serious about smashing your goals.

Just finished IronMan Austria with a new personal best. Felt really good during the race and only the hot temperatures of ~35 degrees Celsius stoped me from getting an even better finishing time. The plan was great, with lots of long rides and runs that proved their worth during the race. Very important: i don't have any next day pain after the race (I can even do squats) so the recovery went so well. Highly recommend your plan to anyone. Thanks
I just finished your BEGINNER Olympic 12-week training plan and finished my first triathlon yesterday (had a flat tyre though so had to walk to T2) but felt really strong and still finished my run with a good tempo. Your training plan definitely helped me achieve that!
Had a great weekend in Cork with Steve and Neill . Very informative weekend and worth every penny . Really gave me an insight as to where I’m at and set my mind at rest in relation to some fears I had about the bike course . Defitily worth the trip . Steve very professional and no question was left unanswered
