Hi Steve , followed the plan that purchased from you to train for yesterday’s Hamburg Ironman , this was my first Ironman and my first triathlon. Really enjoyed the plan , thought was easy to follow and to be fair you were very good at responding whenever I had any questions. The race went really well from a fitness prospective, the plan obviously had the right balance and finished the race strong with a 3,25 marathon.
I am currently using one of your (Advanced) Ironman plans that i purchased a few weeks ago and i am really enjoying it. Thanks!
After 2 years of Covid cancellations , I finally made it to the start line of the 2022 Port Macquarie 70.3 Ironman. It was hard to stay motivated through Covid lockdowns and weeks of rain, but Steve's program kept me focused and gave me a realistic training load and intensity. I realised I'd been overtraining, and Steve's program taught me the value of low heart rate sessions. I was impressed with Steve's quick response to emails and his reassuring and helpful advice. I bought your Olympic program and completed my Olympic yesterday, in a PB of minus 14 mins, I felt great and was delighted.

This was my 1st time on one of these camps. Overall the camp was excellent, from the comms prior to the camp, whatsapp group messages leading up to and during the weekend, topics covered, planning sessions (including due to weather changes) and the great atmosphere within the group during the camp.
Both coaches were very knowledgeable, approachable and chilled.
I would recommend one of Coach Steve's camps to anyone looking to gain confidence, insight or a kick in the a** prior to their race.
I completed the 70.3 Base Plan and found it excellent. For me the biggest benefit was having the structured workouts and understanding what I was trying to achieve with each session. I could see myself progressing each week which helped with motivation. I also joined the PB Hit Squad and found this very useful. The weekly Zoom calls have allowed me to improve my triathlon knowledge which will help with the season ahead.

I’m so glad I found your plan to help me accomplish my goal of completing my first triathlon this year. With no prior triathlon experience, I signed up for the Timberman 70.3 which was held on 9/18/22. I signed up for this race in late 2021. In January, I purchased this plan – INTERMEDIATE 70.3 32 week plan includes email access to Coach, reusable, HR based and got started in February. I completed my 70.3 in 6 hours, 11 minutes and am very pleased with this
