Thanks for the programme. Really enjoying the sessions – realistic but challenging – and motivating for me. At half way stage both swim speed and lactate threshold for cycling seem to have improved so happy with that.
Although I could not complete all the training sessions. I ended up racing a sprint distance, and it went well, I believe it was my second best time, I did it in 1hrs 13 mins, my PB was 1 hr and 11 minutes 3 years ago.

I'm really happy with my interaction and plans as set out by Coach Moody. I have a unique situation with my limiting schedule, and he was more than accommodating in working out a plan that fit that schedule, but also providing quality results. It also helps that his plans and coaching fit me from a budget standpoint as well. Not 24 hours after my race this year I had already contacted Coach Moody again for a second plan, and his response was immediate. Thank you Smart Endurance Solutions!

Thank you, coach. The run is where I felt the best. I followed your mantra, tighten the core, lean forward, and take a step. Felt wonderful the whole way thru the run. I must say, I followed your plan to 90% of it and started the day with a 15hr goal for a first timer and I am thrilled I hit it with room to spare! And all this was with just a TP plan with no interaction on a weekly basis. I am sold 🙂 .. I think those that have access to you often are going to crush their races
Just short thoughts and memo at the other side of the incredible experience that was FULL DISTANCE Emilia-Romagna.
All in all, a great day, great race, incredible race course, quite manageable, and in the end my time was even better than I expected.
I want to thank you for the program I used. It got me well prepared and it was never the overwhelming experience I was afraid of in the beginning. So, if nothing else, a big THANK YOU for your part in making the whole experience as great as it was. It was even that great, that I am almost sure to do this again

I had a great race! Slower than expected on the swim, but it was my first open water swim (training in Alaska in the winter doesn’t provide a lot of opportunities!). Felt good on the bike and did well on the run despite the heat (race was on Kona, so a little different climate!). All in all, had a great time and I’m already thinking about a 70.3. Thanks for the great training program!
After training without any real structure for some time and being put off by the insane cost of local coaches, I found Steve’s programs and thought I’d give it a go. It has hands down been the greatest decision I ever made for my training.
Not only are the programs great from beginner to expert, but Steve has also personally responded to my many emails with additional advice around how I can get the most of of my training to get me to the next level.
