I met every one of my goals. My goals were to finish, to enjoy the experience, and to come out of it injury free. I finished in 15 hours and 3 minutes…exactly where I wanted to be.

Steve is an experienced coach. He has a thorough understanding of training peaks and how to interpret the data so if you are using TP then Steve can help you to leverage the information to provide more insights. I used Steve's plan for my 1st half ironman and finished it injury free in the time as trained and planned.

Steve has tailored my training excellently to allow for family and work commitments as well as dilligently managing my training load to reduce the risk of injury and allow consistent progress. Happy new week! I wanted to share I took part in my first Olympic triathlon last week and got 3rd place in my age group. More importantly, is that I felt strong and comfortable during the event which was my goal! The placing was an added bonus
Earlier this year I finished the IM Texas with help of your training program. I didn’t follow it 100%, but having a training plan was a great way of keeping track. I got a PR with 20 minutes faster compared to last year (11:40).
