I am really happy about the program that you built for me.
Two weeks ago, half marathon in less than 2h and last week-end, this beautiful race IronMaori (quarter) in 2h42 swim 1km 18min bike 45km 1h32 run 10km 47m. Unexpected!
Training is hard but good. My body changed a lot! Skinner than usual but I feel a big change in my mobility and stamina.
So thank you so much again. You made miracles even if I know that the most difficult part is not happened yet.

Currently, training using coach Steve’s beginner plan, I am founding his plan great and in line with my expectations and my time availability, also coach Steve was super helpful and responsive when answering queries. Highly recommended and if I am going to survive my first FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE will be down to his training plans.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that your plan has been essential to some athletic gains that I never knew possible. The plan helps me organize and thus find time for the new baby, the wife, the blog, the book, and new business, not to mention recovery. My swim has become a new machine since learning how to measure my CSS and apply techniques from the drills. I am much stronger and less fatigued in my stroke- all thanks to drills and the arduous backstroke you implement. I have come to love the training so much I have been referring everyone I know who doesn’t already have a coach to your site. I thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Yesterday I did the 1/2 IM Liuzhou and came second in my age group (65-69) in a great time(for me) of 5.39. I missed a Kona spot by 7 minutes but got the spot of 1/2 Nice world championships in September. I am thrilled!!!

Anyway, you deserve a lot of the credit for a training plan that got me to Nice and Kona isn’t dead yet so THANK YOU.

This is my first time using a Coach’s training plan, the plan is easy to understand and structured which helps a lot for my novice brain. Really enjoying it so far and quite surprised at how responsive Steve is to queries and resolving any issues. I recently signed up for a half-distance in November – and Coach Steve has helped me get together a plan for the entire training.

I am currently in China, and I can’t get to any pools at all, so he has also provided strength training exercises that I can do as a replacement.

So far, I’m very impressed with the quality of the workouts, the speed at which he gets back to me (if we’re both in waking hours, responses are really quick, if I message him at 2am there, he responds early morning), and the guidance Coach Steve has provided so far.
