Steve’s programmes were really easy to use and understand . I stuck rigidly with the plan and come race day was really well prepared and delighted with the outcome . I couldn’t have done it without Steves guidance . Thanks mate
Training to a plan built by someone who knows what they’re talking about has made a huge difference. For me having the structure outlined by Steven was motivating, but more importantly it has improved my enjoyment of racing and without-doubt has improved my times. I have had sprint and olympic PBs already this season and with Dublin 70.3 on the horizon I am confident of a PB at that distance too.
Steve I’ve just completed Dublin City Marathon and the 16 week plan I got from you for it more than delivered. It was my first marathon and hit 3:35 which for someone who wouldn’t class themselves as a runner isn’t s bad start! The plan was very easy to follow and I know with my new targets in my head the plan will help to (hopefully) hit those too.
Recently attended a Cork training camp with Steve Moody and Mark Rushby. An excellent weekend, the two lads couldn’t do enough to help , tips on course strategy , nutrition , transitions and course specific advice to name but a few. They went above and beyond to help everyone of all abilities and done it with a smile. Couldn’t recommend these lads highly enough for anyone wishing to attend a coaching camp look no further than Steve and Mark.. thanks for all your help lads

Yesterday I raced in the Nepean Triathlon in Sydney. This race is Australia's oldest triathlon, celebrating its 40th anniversary.
I had a good race, coming 3rd in AG with a course PB!
I recently bought a program from Steve through training peaks to start my training with the goal of finishing my first ironman this coming October. Really impressed with the training so far. I bought my 70.3 Intermediate plan for my upcoming 70.3 (NC) and I have to say, I’m impressed.
In 14 weeks I have raised my FTP from 198 to 243, I have improved my Time Trail Swimming from 2:10 to 1:42 and all because I have followed as close as possible (with life commitments) the plan from Coach Steve.
He does know what he is talking, he is super approachable and you can ask questions when in doubt, ask for guidance. He is great!
I felt your coaching skills combined with your knowledge of when to push and when to accept my excuses (!) was such a help to me. Our partnership was key in getting me across the finish line in the race with a PB too…. I definitely did more brick sessions than in previous years and that stood to me on race day
I have been using Coach Steve’s maintenance and race prep plans for 9 months. The plans have been great: easy to follow, clear progression and enjoyable. The icing on the cake has been the quick and thoughtful input I have received along the way – invaluable! I have gone from being a middle-of-the pack finisher to qualifying for the 70.3 Ironman World Championship in St George in my last race. 50+ and getting better. Thank you sooo much for the 70.3 plan!!! It was perfect. I questioned the taper weeks so so little to do but day before race my garmin actually said peaking. I was recovered and fresh.
