    I'm really happy with my interaction and plans as set out by Coach Moody. I have a unique situation with my limiting schedule, and he was more than accommodating in working out a plan that fit that schedule, but also providing quality results. It also helps that his plans and coaching fit me from a budget standpoint as well.     As a beginner to both TrainingPeaks and using a coach, I was thoroughly impressed with how simple and (so far) effective Coach Steve’s plan is. I’m quite hot on hitting the right sessions at the right intensity to be able to be the best athlete I can come race day and Coach Steve’s method has allowed me to be rested for the hard sessions and spent enough after to enable strong benefits through recovery. Steve has also been very helpful with answering any questions/suspicions I may have in using my data, planning for the race, and choosing the right plan. I’m currently about halfway through my race plan, and already itching to get going!

    Thanks for answering my training plan query so quickly … Ran my fastest 1km during a 10km run, and just increased my FTP on the bike (by 5%) last night on the bike trainer without me pushing to do it….just happened.
    So I am excited to see where this all ends up in a few months

    Steven has been coaching me this year and I’ve had a great season – completing the NS for the first time in 4 years, injury free.     The combination of this training program and access to coach Steve is invaluable.

    The first time I trained for an Ironman 70.3 I just found a workout on the internet. It worked, but that’s it.

    Being able to bounce questions off of Steve throughout the training has been a major confidence boost for me. I feel like I’m actually doing things the right way now! And it’s more fun to have a friend encouraging you along the way!!

    I’ve been working with Coach Steven as my coach since late 2015. He’s has a great flexibility to his approach which really suits any Athlete’s personal circumstances. Since he has been my coach I have achieved a number of personal bests at various distances, also I’ve learn’t a lot about the sport outside of the day to day training, understanding what to eat prior to a race, also how to prepare myself physically & mentally on race day.

    TrainingPeaks is ideal for our Coach / Athlete relationship having a young family & busy job it allows us to plan ahead but move sessions easily if required. The rich data the platform provides also allows us to agree small changes to ensure we maximize the benefits of every session. The e-mail alerts when Steve comments or changes a session really helps me plan my day according to what I need to achieve as an athlete, employee & Father

    I completed the 70.3 Base Plan and found it excellent. For me the biggest benefit was having the structured workouts and understanding what I was trying to achieve with each session. I could see myself progressing each week which helped with motivation. I also joined the PB Hit Squad and found this very useful. The weekly Zoom calls have allowed me to improve my triathlon knowledge which will help with the season ahead.
