As someone on the wrong side of their mid forties and somewhat daunted by the thought of doing a full Ironman I contacted Steve and I’m so glad I did.     Thank you sooo much for the 70.3 plan!!! It was perfect. I questioned the taper weeks so so little to do but day before race my garmin actually said peaking. I was recovered and fresh. I PR’d my 70.3 on same course I did last year first week of December. Attached is photos from garmin for PR proof:). Thanks again. Love your plans.

    Having reached a plateau, it niggled that I hadn’t reached my full potential but felt it a bit pretentious engaging a coach as a middle-aged back of pack female. At initial meeting, Steve seemed just as interested in helping me reach my goals as somebody trying to get to Kona. Rapid feedback after each session means that I have had almost 100% consistency in training & the constant cycle of session & feedback has ingrained good habits. To my delight, mid-50s, I’m now stronger, fitter & faster

    Just finished your 12-week beginner Olympic plan and had an awesome day out – my swim was way better than expected, the bike had me passing lots of people and I finished the run a little slower than I hoped but my overall time was WAY faster than my target 3 hours (2:48!) – thank you so much!

    Should I go straight onto an intermediate plan now? I want to race again soon

    Great plan! I had a 12 min PR on exact same course from 2 yrs ago. Even in some hot conditions I met all my goals and felt confident and strong the entire race. I felt the plan was very efficient and effective for someone wanting to be competitive in AG. I already purchased the middle distance plan with big goals for that one as well. Thankful!!!
