    Happy return to racing yesterday at the Nottingham Outlaw Half!

    5 weeks ago I was seriously doubting my ability to finish, and started looking ahead to my A race – Weymouth 70.3 in September. With a little help from Smart Endurance Solutions in adapting a newly purchased plan (for Weymouth) in order to get me to the start line yesterday I managed to surpass my expectations of the day and finished the half marathon super strong!     If you do what this coach tells you, I promise you you will go further, faster and feel better than you did before.

    I have previously achieved significant improvements and PBs at 70.3 and full IM. This year I have returned to the Boss and in a very short time I am seeing benefits. I feel motivated to train, and I can’t wait to see what my race results are going to be.

    I don’t think the guy can actually sleep because he always seems to be available

    I am following a 40 week advanced Ironman plan. I found out about Coach Steve from TrainingPeaks and was amazed by the raving reviews. Half way into the plan CS has clearly over delivered. The plan is well thought through, but the extra services provided is what sets him apart. Unbelievably quick response times on e-mails, with tailored and motivational answers. My highest recommendations!

    15 months without racing but I can honestly say that Coach Steve's plans keep me motivated day in day out. Recently we discussed and changed my training regime from IM to Olympic distance training. Yep, due to this bad worldwide situation my IM dream is on hold for the time being. I m honestly more confident as an athlete thanks to Steve's base training and yeah I m so ready and pumped to race!

    I’ve been working with Coach Steven as my coach since late 2015. He’s has a great flexibility to his approach which really suits any Athlete’s personal circumstances. Since he has been my coach I have achieved a number of personal bests at various distances, also I’ve learn’t a lot about the sport outside of the day to day training, understanding what to eat prior to a race, also how to prepare myself physically & mentally on race day.

The rich data the platform provides also allows us to agree small changes to ensure we maximize the benefits of every session.
