Coach Steve is great! He is extremely responsive and was able to come up with an excellent plan to fit my needs and my goal to complete my first FULL DISTANCE later this year. I can’t recommend him enough!

Last year I set a goal to race in FULL DISTANCE Western Australia. Considering at that stage I was 122kg and hadn’t raced in 9 years, it was a big ask.
I needed a plan.
Through Training Peaks, I discovered a 48 week FULL DISTANCE plan for beginners offered by Coach Steve. The plan was reasonably priced for the duration and detail and offered support via email.
Had i of known how much support, the timeliness of the support and the quality of the support before I signed up, I’d had thought I was getting the too good to be true plan.
Steve is FABULOUS!
He has been a wonderful support over the last 9 months. He has been patient with my questions, all 3000 of them. His advice has been wonderful and his encouragement has been appreciated.
So brilliant has Steve been over my journey to date, when my FULL DISTANCE was cancelled and I deferred to FULL DISTANCE Cairns in June, Steve was the first I emailed to lock in a new HALF DISTANCE plan to take me to Geelong HALF DISTANCE in February and on to my first FULL DISTANCE in 2021.
Today I’m fitter than I’ve ever been and thanks to the super easy to follow plan that builds progressively and which is achievable each week, I am also 27kgs lighter.

Using your plan got me through my first FULL DISTANCE event in Wales, Tenby on the 15th of September.
Only 1 or two changes were made to the plan because of weather or pool being closed, a good 95% or more of the workouts were completed as expected. No injury, no excessive fatigue – fantastic, thank you!

Coach Steve and his Olympic plan are awesome!!! I improved by almost 20 percent from my last race, which was only 6 months ago. I rode the bike leg faster than I've ever ridden a bicycle, and my swim was the strongest ever. I emailed Coach multiple times during the program and he was superbly responsive. This race was such a phenomenal experience and Coach Steve and his program aided immensely in that. I would recommend his programs to any triathletes of all levels without hesitation.
The PBhitsquad Zooms are great. I will learn a lot over these next few months so thank you very much for that.
I went from zero triathlon experience to completing a sub 6 hour HALF DISTANCE Iron man following the BEGINNER HALF DISTANCE 30 week plan. I found the base weeks great and then could see my performance really start improving in the build weeks. Easy to follow and adequate rest
Found your swim specific plan really useful during lockdown – helped me deal with my swim FOMO for sure … and I even have a stronger core rather than a COVD belly! Thank you
Joined the IM HALF DISTANCE programme in May 23 for my first ever IM Goa HALF DISTANCE. The programme helped me so much and enhanced my stamina and strength for all three disciplines nospecially Bike part. Finished the event with full of energy and smile on face. Now I’ll go for training for full distance and join the 140.6 plan. Thank you Coach Steve for ultimate programme.
I am using coach Steve's intermediate 20 week plan to prepare for this season. Every session is super easy to follow, when loaded into TrainingPeaks they sync with my watch which is great! If I do have a question I can email Steve, and he's always quick to respond with clarifications and encouragement :-). My power has increased on the bike, and I have PB'd a local 10k race already in the build up to the season. Highly recommend getting one of these plans. I am going get aHALF DISTANCE plan next
