Coach Steve put together a comprehensive training plan for 70.3 Mallorca. Steve took the time to make sure the plan takes into account Christmas break, my other commitments (college) and B races along the way. I’m really happy with it and started training this week with only 20 weeks to go to the race. Bring it on!!!

I competed in the IRONMAN 70.3 Lubbock over the weekend.
With Coach Steves plan I was able to finish in 05:22. I had a flat tire and a stuck chain which took 15 minutes off my bike time.
I was still able to shave off 50 minutes of my previous 70.3 time in Lubbock, and I know for sure that Coach Steves well structured plan played a big role in my PR.
I even got my spot for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in St. George in September.

With all kind wishes and support of crossed another milestone on 8th Oct 23. Completed my first Ironman Goa 70.3 in 7:14:23 hrs. The weather was so brutal that out of 787 starters, only 517 crossed the finish line i.e. 34% DNF. Thanks a lot, Steven sir, on the hardest climb on the bike and 36’c run your words were in my mind – Believe your Training. Next target Ironman Kazak.

I just finished your BEGINNER Olympic 12-week training plan and finished my first triathlon yesterday (had a flat tyre though so had to walk to T2) but felt really strong and still finished my run with a good tempo. Your training plan definitely helped me achieve that!

I joined the program with some sort of hesitation from deviating from my current functional program I follow.
But since joining the SES program my fitness has increased like never before! My body has reacted really well and I can’t wait to see the results on race day.

This plan is exactly what I needed! I started from nothing at age 57 and I finished a half Ironman 6 months later in 6.5 hours. I am so proud of myself. Coach Steve helped through all along the way by responding to every little email question I had. When I came to the start line I felt so well prepared thanks to Coach Steve’s training plan!
Had a great weekend in Cork with Steve and Neill . Very informative weekend and worth every penny . Really gave me an insight as to where I’m at and set my mind at rest in relation to some fears I had about the bike course . Defitily worth the trip . I really do appreciate your help with my strength training! It’s difficult to find a healthy balance with strength training and triathlon training. I know I need strength and conditioning to rehab my body and prevent me from getting injured further, but I also don’t want my muscles to be too sore or tired to perform in key endurance sets or races. This plan is easy to understand, well thought out, and conducive to strengthening your body to complement your normal endurance training. All exercises are ones that will benefit you in the sport, rather than just going to the gym and throwing weight around.
