    I completed the 70.3 Base Plan and found it excellent. For me the biggest benefit was having the structured workouts and understanding what I was trying to achieve with each session. I could see myself progressing each week which helped with motivation. I also joined the PB Hit Squad and found this very useful. The weekly Zoom calls have allowed me to improve my triathlon knowledge which will help with the season ahead.

    I purchased a 16-week marathon training
    program from you with the intention of running the Cork city marathon.
    Sad as I was that the race was canceled a few weeks into training I
    decided to keep going with the intention of running the marathon
    the distance on the day of the race regardless.
    I decided to run a marathon a week early on Sunday just passed. Having
    never ran a marathon I wasn’t sure what time I would be able to achieve
    and set a goal of sub 3:15. Feeling good on the day I pushed on and
    finished in a time of 3:06:35.
    I followed your program never missing a session other than having to
    cut a week out towards the end. I found it extremely helpful and
    informative and would never have achieved my time or managed to stay
    injury-free without it. I would certainly recommend you to others and
    hopefully will use more programs from you in the future.”

    I just wanted to reach out and let you know that your plan has been essential to some athletic gains that I never knew possible. The plan helps me organize and thus find time for the new baby, the wife, the blog, the book, and new business, not to mention recovery. My swim has become a new machine since learning how to measure my CSS and apply techniques from the drills. I am much stronger and less fatigued in my stroke- all thanks to drills and the arduous backstroke you implement. I have come to love the training so much I have been referring everyone I know who doesn’t already have a coach to your site. I thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You are helping me reach a dream and by doing this I am able to help others more!

    A wonderful training plan that fits in with my busy work lifestyle. The sessions are well prepared and well thought of with many little bits of advice along the way.     Coach Steve’s training package helped me to perform better than I ever thought possible in the 2017 West Australian 70.3 ironman. I went from being a middle of the pack finisher to finishing in the top 20% in my age group by following his intermediate 12 week plan on Training Peaks. I actually enjoyed the whole training period and went into the event feeling confident and strong. The plan was easy to follow with full detailed sets and is incredible value for money. The swim sets are particularly great with enough variety to keep it interesting. I’ve come back for another training program this year and Steve has been awesome answering my emails, almost in real time conversation. Highly recommended!
