I am now enjoying my training plan which I purchased in June. And I
can feel the improvement from all three sports.
Had to start from scratch in my triathlon career andCS was recommended to me by a friend. He has been awesome from start to finish – "No such thing as a stupid question – unless you ask it too late" to quote the man himself … he is patient, detail-focused and seems to give a shit! I already have completed my first sprint and standard distances and am thinking long next year… all possible due to CS – thank you so much (p.s. I also beat the friend who recommended CS to me – first time ever)
I have been using Coach Steve’s maintenance and race prep plans for 9 months. The plans have been great: easy to follow, clear progression and enjoyable. The icing on the cake has been the quick and thoughtful input I have received along the way – invaluable! I have gone from being a middle-of-the pack finisher to qualifying for the 70.3 Ironman World Championship in St George in my last race. 50+ and getting better. I can highly recommend Coach Steve and his plans.
I have just purchased your 12-week plan 70.3 base/maintenance plan and am really looking forward to it as the plan itself is very clear and well structured. Will keep you posted how I get on.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that your plan has been essential to some athletic gains that I never knew possible. The plan helps me organize and thus find time for the new baby, the wife, the blog, the book, and new business, not to mention recovery. My swim has become a new machine since learning how to measure my CSS and apply techniques from the drills. I am much stronger and less fatigued in my stroke- all thanks to drills and the arduous backstroke you implement. I have come to love the training so much I have been referring everyone I know who doesn’t already have a coach to your site. I thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You are helping me reach a dream and by doing this I am able to help others more!

Just finished IronMan Austria with a new personal best. Felt really good during the race and only the hot temperatures of ~35 degrees Celsius stoped me from getting an even better finishing time. The plan was great, with lots of long rides and runs that proved their worth during the race. Very important: i don't have any next day pain after the race (I can even do squats) so the recovery went so well. Highly recommend your plan to anyone. Thanks

The plan you recommended worked great for me. Especially being a noob! I will definitely be looking at another plan, thinking of upping my game to a 70.3!!
My triathlon was last weekend and I came in 3rd in my group, master clydesdale.

5 weeks ago I was seriously doubting my ability to finish, and started looking ahead to my A race – Weymouth 70.3 in September. With a little help from Smart Endurance Solutions in adapting a newly purchased plan (for Weymouth) in order to get me to the start line yesterday I managed to surpass my expectations of the day and finished the half marathon super strong! Thanks for answering my training plan query so quickly … Ran my fastest 1km during a 10km run, and just increased my FTP on the bike (by 5%) last night on the bike trainer without me pushing to do it….just happened.
So I am excited to see where this all ends up in a few months
