    Coach Steve and i started to work at the end of 2018. In May 2019 i finshed my first 70.3, i was surprised how well prepared i have been. In September i finished another 70.3, smashed my PB on one of the hardest courses on IM 70.3 calendar. Never in my life was i so fit and strong, this was by far best race ever. Now we are getting ready for full distance!
    Steve is great coach, very responsive, always ready for good advice and guidance and always taking care of his athletes!

    Just writing a short post to say thanks Steve for your training plan for my first 70.3 which was Outlaw Bowood. You patiently entertained many of my e-mails in the beginning when I was unsure about beginner or intermediate and helped me go for latter. Glad I did!
    So today came in with a 6:12 time which considering on the run little of it is flat I was delighted with.

    Coach Steve Moody is a great Ironman Triathlon coach on Training Peaks. He is extremely accessible on email when I’m struggling. He takes the time to respond and adjust my workouts. I really appreciate the way he has tailored a training plan, especially for 50+-year-old athletes. Another thing that has helped me is the fact that Coach Steve has written a plan for 48 weeks compared to other plans that are only for 36 weeks or less. His plans use heart rate and power. I like how I can jump on my indoor bike and all I have to do is go to Zwift and Coach Steve’s Training Peaks workouts are automatically there for me! His plans are affordable, reusable, and effective.

    A huge thanks to Coach Steve for his 40 week IM program. The pace of progression was ideal. It really helped to minimise injury and took me to the best shape of my life. Steve's help and enthusiasm when I had questions made me feel like I was always supported. The result was that I felt like I was 'racing' rather than simply dragging myself to the finish.     Steve has been nothing short of brilliant. The initial consultation was thorough which gave me utter confidence in choosing the right plan. The plan itself was incredibly easy to follow with plenty of reading to keep me well informed. This all gave me the perfect springboard to smash my PB at the 70.3 distance.     I started my first IM training plan with Coach Steve a few weeks ago. He provided helpful advice prior to my decision to sign up. Since then, he has been very responsive and helpful with troubleshooting and sorting our workout plan details. I look forward to continuing my plan under Coach Steve!

    I’ve just finished an excellent 70.3 training weekend in Youghal with Steve and Mark.
    They took us round the course (including the infamous Windmill Hill!!!) and gave us lots of advice on the course itself, training, nutrition etc .
    At best I’m average and I’ll admit I was a bit anxious that the weekend might have been too fast and more for stronger athletes but I was thankfully wrong- we divided into groups and worked together and it was great. And really good fun!!!!!

    I purchased a 16-week marathon training
    program from you with the intention of running the Cork city marathon.
    Sad as I was that the race was canceled a few weeks into training I
    decided to keep going with the intention of running the marathon
    the distance on the day of the race regardless.
    I decided to run a marathon a week early on Sunday just passed. Having
    never ran a marathon I wasn’t sure what time I would be able to achieve
    and set a goal of sub 3:15. Feeling good on the day I pushed on and
    finished in a time of 3:06:35.
    I followed your program never missing a session other than having to
    cut a week out towards the end. I found it extremely helpful and
    informative and would never have achieved my time or managed to stay
    injury-free without it. I would certainly recommend you to others and
    hopefully will use more programs from you in the future.”
