From the first session with your marathon plan, I was absolutely hooked! The way your programming synced to my watch and the explanations of each session really engaged me in my training.
Initially, my goal was simply to finish the marathon. But I had a secret goal towards the end of running it in under 4 hours… I finished my marathon yesterday in 3:57 and I could not be happier. I did it!!!!

I'm writing this review in the middle of a HALF DISTANCE training plan. But I've feel so supported by the coach that I already bought the FULL DISTANCE Training Plan. In 3 months I'm back in a very good shape and eager to get racing.
The main thing about getting an online training plan is the feeling you're getting a plan from a machine, this is the complete oposite with the coach helping me every step of the way! A excelent plan from a very nice human being !
Great training plan for me, brought me to the top of my fitness in June 2021 after only 3 months of efficient training following my base training.
Training to a plan built by someone who knows what they’re talking about has made a huge difference. For me having the structure outlined by Steven was motivating, but more importantly it has improved my enjoyment of racing and without-doubt has improved my times. I have had sprint and olympic PBs already this season and with Dublin HALF DISTANCE on the horizon I am confident of a PB at that distance too.
Found your swim specific plan really useful during lockdown – helped me deal with my swim FOMO for sure … and I even have a stronger core rather than a COVD belly! Thank you
I have known Steven for a number of years and have been deeply impressed by his enthusiasm and effective efforts to promote the appreciation and understanding of the sport of Triathlon. Combined with his own experiences, interest in technology and new up to date training techniques & ideas, I decided to engage with Steven as my coach 2 years ago. Using Coach Moody’s 40-week intermediate FULL DISTANCE plan, my goals were to: 1) Finish; 2) Not permanently injure myself or die; 3) to not be last; and to hopefully beat 14 hours.
