Having reached a plateau, it niggled that I hadn’t reached my full potential but felt it a bit pretentious engaging a coach as a middle-aged back of pack female. At initial meeting, Steve seemed just as interested in helping me reach my goals as somebody trying to get to Kona. Rapid feedback after each session means that I have had almost 100% consistency in training & the constant cycle of session & feedback has ingrained good habits. To my delight, mid-50s, I’m now stronger, fitter & faster
I recently decided after completing a few marathons and the odd triathlon that I wanted to take on the challenge of a full FULL DISTANCE. Knowing I needed a structured training programme I began to research the many training programmes available online and spoke to others who have previously done these events. The name that kept coming up was Steve Moody and Training Peaks. The variety of programmes, designed for all levels are second to none. Given the commitment and discipline required the programmes are not mundane, sessions are varied and really well constructed. However, above all else, having Steve’s input and help is the biggest benefit, along with his encouragement and reassurance he’s always just an email away and he always responds swiftly. Overall, although slightly daunted by the prospect of tackling my first FULL DISTANCE I couldn’t be happier having Steve and Training Peaks helping me along the way. In a nutshell I couldn’t recommend Steve and Training Peaks highly enough.
If you are starting out in the game of endurance events or are looking to up your game Steven is the coach for you. He has a simple, common sense approach based on his own career of highs and lows. He is a curious coach and extensively researches his coaching practice so the client gets a great experience.
Coach Steve is the BEST! He is very accessible and accommodating! He defnitely knows triathlon. I am thrilled with my fitness so far and can't wait to cross that finish line!
The plan is very useful and practical ,its my first time doing a training plan with training peak , and its very good.

mange the various aspects to allow me to increase training volume without ill effects ….

I completed FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE Muncie this past weekend. It was a big success (for me) my first completion under my belt.

Just a big old thank you for the recent PB in my latest HALF DISTANCE! Got over a little panic attack in the swim (partly thanks to the advice on the visualisation to help me get my mind in the game – mainly down to me MTFU ;-)) , smashed my bike and held it together for the run!
