Steve is a legend!! Received my personalised training plan for my 1st HALF DISTANCE and it looks class, he’s blended existing sessions with other coaches. Each session gives pointers and tips for best performance. Feeling very motivated as I start out on my triathlon journey!!

I want to let you know that my son, CJ Hoff, finished his FULL DISTANCE Wisconsin last weekend. It was brutally cold and wet. Rained all day. He used your beginning plan, originally supposed to be for Texas but had to move to Wisconsin.
He is 18 and this was his first triathlon. He will be heading to Boot camp for the Marines on Monday. The training was a great success and perfect for getting him ready for the military. Thank you!

Just short thoughts and memo at the other side of the incredible experience that was FULL DISTANCE Emilia-Romagna.
All in all, a great day, great race, incredible race course, quite manageable, and in the end my time was even better than I expected.
I want to thank you for the program I used. It got me well prepared and it was never the overwhelming experience I was afraid of in the beginning. I have purchased and been working through your FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE beginner training programme. It has been brilliant so far, I have been really enjoying it.
This program was awesome. After many seasons riddled with injury I learned how to run based on my heart rate and to be ok with running slower while training.
I had to opt out of a HALF DISTANCE due to a back strain and started this plan as redemption. I stayed healthy throughout the plan and even came in 10 min under my goal time. The mixture of swim, bike, run also took wear and tear off of my legs.

I had been trying to beat my 5km Personal Best for a couple of years when I was recommended to contact Coach Steve about a training plan. I signed up for a 12 week plan and 4 weeks in I’ve already broken my PB. I’m excited now to see just how far I can go over the next 8 weeks. I would highly recommended Coach Steve if your serious about smashing your goals.
