Thanks Steven @ SMart Endurance Solutions, this is a great plan well structured and easy to follow. I followed this plan missing the odd session here and there, but with the aid of proper nutrition I got new sprint PB and to make it even better i got a 5km run PB aswell in the same race.
I've been boosting to my friends about this. The Olympic will be my next adventure for a new PB.
I bought the 24 week Olympic training plan and it has exceeded my expectations.
Not only are the workouts clearly defined in Training Peaks with usefully notes, but the additional support via email has been excellent. Any issue or concern I had was quickly responded to with a helpful answer.
I bought the plan with hopes of a PB and ended up knocking 10% off my overall time 🙂
Returning to triathlon after a 20 year gap, I found Smart Endurance Solutions & Coach Steve Moody on Training Peaks. Three months on, I can say what a very positive difference it has made.
The precious time and energy I am spending in training is more efficiently used and i've been particularly taken with Coach Steve's "PB Hit Squad" – a hybrid coaching/support group where I'm learning new skills, swapping stories with other triathletes and asking specific questions about my plan.
A wonderful training plan that fits in with my busy work lifestyle. The sessions are well prepared and well thought of with many little bits of advice along the way. The guidance will get you through to race day leaving you with much confidence, meaning you only need to remember to bring your kit! The author is very approachable and helped me pick out the right plan for me and went out of his way in doing so. I am very appreciative of that and would certainly recommend Steve to everyone. I purchased a triathlon HALF DISTANCE training plan off Smart Endurance Solutions. It has been a well laid out plan that challenges me yet isn’t so challenging as to deter me from training. It also provided a good balance of swim, cycle and run training
I am in the build phase of my second triathlon training with your 12 week intermediate level Oly plan and it has been going swimmingly (as well as bikingly and runningly). My hat’s off to you!
Training with Coach Steve is fantastic. He gives clear information and cuts through the jargon (vital for a first timer like myself). He’s very responsive, supportive and genuinely interested in how to help achieve goals and make progress!
