I’ve never signed up to a structured training plan before.
So for me your plan & the structure & Trainingpeaks is great motivation. Trying to get those boxes to go green keeps me on my toes.
I really like the way the plan is laid out. Eg the swims are normally on the same days of the week, so it’s easier to plan them.
I already feel fitter & stronger than I have in a long time…..so the plan works 🙂
Had an epic weekend completing my 1st ever HALF DISTANCE and smashing my goal of 6 hours with a 5:43 finish

Was feeling a little underdone on training due to illness, but had followed Coach Steve's plan as best I could.
Conditions were freezing and windy on the day, but a great feeling of accomplishment post race.
I've found SMART ENDURANCE SOLUTIONS HALF DISTANCE plans to work really well for me. I've seen my results improve while following his plans. It takes the "thinking / overthinking" out of the training process and I just have to do the sessions and trust in the process. Steve replies quickly to my queries and always has helpful advice when needed. He was able to design a custom plan which was tailored to my strengths and accounted for my club swim sessions, Zwift sessions and solo runs. Thanks!
Just finished a Advanced Olympic training plan having raced last weekend. Definitely the strongest and best prepared I’ve felt going into a race and even though it’s first race back from Coronavirus had a really strong race.
Also had a great response emailing Steve directly with various questions and also had a really clear and helpful feedback.
I just wanted to let you know my training has been going great so far and I’m shocked at what I’m able to accomplish with this training plan
Thanks for answering my training plan query so quickly … Ran my fastest 1km during a 10km run, and just increased my FTP on the bike (by 5%) last night on the bike trainer without me pushing to do it….just happened.
So I am excited to see where this all ends up in a few months

I am entering the second week of the beginner 12 week Olympic distance triathlon plan. Really enjoying it so far.
After self-coaching for a few years, I decided to put some purpose and organization into my FULL DISTANCE training, signed up with a plan from Steve, and am very impressed with the layout and attention to detail in the plan.
