I just completed my first sprint Aquabike in Skerries, Dublin at the weekend
Thanks to your plan and support, I feel great, I’ve got the fitness bug again, and regularly empty my bank account (for I definitely need…) in pursuit of what is now a firm love of Aquabike training. I can’t believe I’ve trained 6-8 times a week for 20 weeks without injury: I’ve tried nearly everything and always get injured.

I purchased the Beginner FULL DISTANCE 22 week (50yrs+) plan that included email access to Coach. So far I am very pleased with this heart rate based plan. I was also pleased to see a training plan designed for my particular age group. This plan helps greatly to organize my weekly workouts. And if you have a Garmin Forerunner 935 watch, this plan can be synced to Garmin app which makes it even simpler to keep track! Join the Facebook group to get your questions answered is an awesome feature!

Great plan! I had a 12 min PR on exact same course from 2 yrs ago. Even in some hot conditions I met all my goals and felt confident and strong the entire race. I felt the plan was very efficient and effective for someone wanting to be competitive in AG. I already purchased the middle distance plan with big goals for that one as well. Thankful!!!

The (FULL DISTANCE BOLTON) course is brutal and the wind made it even worse, but it’s done now. It’s been a perfect training plan it worked and worked amazing around my life with uni. Honestly it’s been an amazing plan
I used the beginner Olympic training plan for my first ever triathlon.Coach Steve's guides, YouTube videos, and carefully mapped out training plan, which flexed with my own HR/training zones through the Training Peaks app, made it clear what my goals around every event should be. I felt his training plan was foundational to my success – I exceeded my goal time and had a blast doing it. I will come back to him for any future training plans!
Not only did I podium my age group and PB’d, I felt great throughout training, and after the race. Felt good enough to go out after the race with my family and went to an all day music festival the next day. The way coach Steve’s plan manages intensity enabled me to stay injury free and still get in the best shape of my life at age 46. Only time I felt any tweak in my legs was a two day period when I stupidly deviated from the plan. Stick to the plan, it works!
