Steve is a great coach, extremely responsive and sets a plan that will work for you! I seen my fitness increase way more during his plan than when I was creating my own. Would highly recommend!
I completed my first FULL DISTANCE in Klagenfurt, Austria, using the 6-month training plan. Working 50 hours a week, the plan is well-designed and with enough flexibility to be able to balance training with a demanding work schedule.
Coach Steve was always very responsive to questions and provided constructive advice based on my personal performance needs, and the metrics dashboard provided helpful insights into progress. I look forward to using Smart Endurance Solutions for future races!
I Found Steves Intermediate Olympic training plan a gamechanger. The blended layout of lower and higher intensity workouts was perfect! His online support was also great, helping me out a few times. I will be using Steve again in 2024 for an FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE plan.

Super easy to follow base plan. Would recommend for anyone between races or looking to structure their off season.
I am using coach Steve's intermediate 20 week plan to prepare for this season. Every session is super easy to follow, when loaded into TrainingPeaks they sync with my watch which is great! If I do have a question I can email Steve, and he's always quick to respond with clarifications and encouragement :-). My power has increased on the bike, and I have PB'd a local 10k race already in the build up to the season. Highly recommend getting one of these plans. I am going get aHALF DISTANCE plan next

Used the “Marathon Intermediate 12 week plan – 40 – 70 km per week” and it brought me from a 4hr16 marathon to a 3hr25 marathon. Great plan and easy to follow. Volume is sufficient and not too much and therefore I managed to stay injury free.
I completed FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE Muncie this past weekend. It was a big success (for me) my first completion under my belt.
Even with a bad photo you can probably see that I was pretty relaxed finishing my very first FULL DISTANCE distance in a pretty decent time. While I was running people couldn’t believe how little I was sweating! Well that’s all down to the excellent training plan I followed to the letter ( Well as much as I could) from our very own Coach Steve. Thanks again Coach!

Just back from an excellent training camp on the full-distance cork course hosted by coach Steve and Niall , very informative and great attention to detail, despite some challenging weather managed to get some solid training done, have a bit of craic and pick up some very useful tips, couldn't reccomend these camps enough !!!!
