I loved your plan [BEGINNER Olympic 14 week plan, Coach email access, reusable, HR based] and completed my Olympic tri 21 minutes under goal.
Coach Steve’s HALF DISTANCE training plan not only got me to the finish line on my first HALF DISTANCE FULL DISTANCE event, but managed to prepare me well enough to beat my expected 6 hours by 22 minutes!
Will most definately stick to SMart Endurance for my next event.
After 2 years of Covid cancellations , I finally made it to the start line of the 2022 Port Macquarie HALF DISTANCE FULL DISTANCE. It was hard to stay motivated through Covid lockdowns and weeks of rain, but Steve's program kept me focused and gave me a realistic training load and intensity. I realised I'd been overtraining, and Steve's program taught me the value of low heart rate sessions. I was impressed with Steve's quick response to emails and his reassuring and helpful advice. Using your plan got me through my first FULL DISTANCE event in Wales, Tenby on the 15th of September.
Only 1 or two changes were made to the plan because of weather or pool being closed, a good 95% or more of the workouts were completed as expected. No injury, no excessive fatigue – fantastic, thank you!

I jumped into triathlon after not having done hardly any exercise for over a decade. I did a sprint to see if this was something I liked and I did. I signed up for a IMHALF DISTANCE and immediately bought Steve's HALF DISTANCE plan. I quickly saw progress with his extremely well structured plan and finished feeling great. Had it not been for Steve's plan I would have struggled to train and definitely would not have been able to finish like I did. I'm buying his IM plan and continuing on to the next level. Thanks!

I used the beginner Olympic training plan for my first ever triathlon.Coach Steve's guides, YouTube videos, and carefully mapped out training plan, which flexed with my own HR/training zones through the Training Peaks app, made it clear what my goals around every event should be. I felt his training plan was foundational to my success – I exceeded my goal time and had a blast doing it. I will come back to him for any future training plans!
Thanks to your plan, I finished Kona last October as a first timer. Definitely made some mistakes but didn't need the Med Tent at the finish.
Coach Steve & I have been working together for a number of years, Steve has been invaluable in my ability to train & complete races.
