Was delighted to see what improvements your 24 week Inter Oly plan had earned me – was touch and go for a while to see if the race would go ahead – but man, when it did … I was not disappointed = 2 min PB on the swim, 14 PB on the bike and 5 mins on my run … felt strong the entire way (ok maybe not in the last 2km of the run … LOL)

The plan you recommended worked great for me. Especially being a noob! I will definitely be looking at another plan, thinking of upping my game to a HALF DISTANCE!!
My triathlon was last weekend and I came in 3rd in my group, master clydesdale.
I purchased a triathlon HALF DISTANCE training plan off Smart Endurance Solutions. It has been a well laid out plan that challenges me yet isn’t so challenging as to deter me from training. It also provided a good balance of swim, cycle and run training
Had a great time at my Guelph Lake Sprint, it was helped that the odd distances off 750/30/7 really suits my strengths and weaknesses 😉 Was able to snag my first AG win! Looking forward to my A race coming up though!

Fantastic wknd despite dreadful forecast.Steve & Niall juggled things around to avoid the worst of the weather.Great to get out and do the bike course…Nice pace catered to all abilities.Unfortuately the weather didn't allow for much of a swim.. however it was great to get in the water regardless and get some landmarks and sighting tips.Great slide presentation and question answer by Steve. Overall a very enjoyable camp and well worth it for all the tips and insight from very experienced guys.
Recently used your intermediate 16 week Olympic plan and managed not only managed to PB my local race in Connecticut but also got an AG podium. Felt I really came on leaps and bounds in my bike so thank you very much Coach Steve!
Started with Steve on September 2018, training for Triathlon. I have seen tremendous improvements on my time and physical condition. Training are well designed and well monitored by Steve, how most of the times provides feedback to improve. Thank you!
I crushed the race! Placed 3rd in my age group! First time I’ve made the podium in any race. Huge confidence boost, and it was nice to see my hard work reflected
I set out looking to do a full distance FULL DISTANCE event with no previous experience of triathlon and no idea what a training plan would look like. I had no idea where to start so I got the beginner time crunched FULL DISTANCE plan, I have a part time job while studying engineering at university so my time was slim. I wasn’t racing for a time I was racing to get to the finish and this plan fit my schedule amazingly and I made it to the line ! I now have the bug for triathlon and purchased my second plan
I started using the beginner FULL DISTANCE program from Steve and found it to be extremely helpful and saw my fitness improve dramatically since then I have moved onto the advanced FULL DISTANCE program from Steve and have managed PB’s in all three disciplines. Steve has always be approachable via email with any questions and responds quickly. I now have 4 programs by Steve across FULL DISTANCE and HALF DISTANCE distances. Thanks a lot Steve for helping me become better and more importantly faster!
Just finished your 12-week beginner Olympic plan and had an awesome day out – my swim was way better than expected, the bike had me passing lots of people and I finished the run a little slower than I hoped but my overall time was WAY faster than my target 3 hours (2:48!) – thank you so much!
Should I go straight onto an intermediate plan now? I want to race again soon
