Thank you sooo much for the HALF DISTANCE plan!!! It was perfect. I questioned the taper weeks so so little to do but day before race my garmin actually said peaking. I was recovered and fresh. I PR’d my HALF DISTANCE on same course I did last year first week of December. Attached is photos from garmin for PR proof:). Thanks again. Love your plans.

For me, a triathlon coach is somebody who not only produces training plans and feedback, but one who encourages one to be your best, to reach your true potential, and treats you equally no matter where you are at in the sport be it a beginner or category 1 triathlete. Steven Moody, definitely ticks those boxes. It has been such a great 11 months, that the journey will continue into 2019 to achieve some more goals!
I'm writing this review in the middle of a HALF DISTANCE training plan. But I've feel so supported by the coach that I already bought the FULL DISTANCE Training Plan. In 3 months I'm back in a very good shape and eager to get racing.
The main thing about getting an online training plan is the feeling you're getting a plan from a machine, this is the complete oposite with the coach helping me every step of the way! A excelent plan from a very nice human being !
After completing a number of HALF DISTANCE’s I reached a plateau in training and was finding it difficult to move forward.
I enrolled in a training program with Coach Steve and after setting my goals he starting providing feedback on a weekly basis on my sessions.
In between I obtained pbs in sprint and Olympic distance.
After postponement of events he changed plan to accommodate my desires.
The result a 5.28 in FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE Turkey at 53 years without any major injuries along the way.

Used and loved Coach Steve’s HALF DISTANCE plan – as not only got me fit and strong but got me that elusive PB … not bad for a guy nearly hitting 50! Age is just a number! Thanks CS
Just short thoughts and memo at the other side of the incredible experience that was FULL DISTANCE Emilia-Romagna.
All in all, a great day, great race, incredible race course, quite manageable, and in the end my time was even better than I expected.
I want to thank you for the program I used. It got me well prepared and it was never the overwhelming experience I was afraid of in the beginning. So, if nothing else, a big THANK YOU for your part in making the whole experience as great as it was. It was even that great, that I am almost sure to do this again
I was lucky enough to be selected to trial the PB Hit squad with Coach Steve. Initially, I was blown away by the quality/energy of the Zoom calls and have learned a lot in a short time! Based on the direction of CS – I have also switched plans to a much better fit for me and have my HR zones dialed in! Already put in the request for Coach to sign me up post-trial – I need this to get through my first FULL DISTANCE!

I've found SMART ENDURANCE SOLUTIONS HALF DISTANCE plans to work really well for me. I've seen my results improve while following his plans. It takes the "thinking / overthinking" out of the training process and I just have to do the sessions and trust in the process. Steve replies quickly to my queries and always has helpful advice when needed. He was able to design a custom plan which was tailored to my strengths and accounted for my club swim sessions, Zwift sessions and solo runs. Thanks!
Hi Steve , followed the plan that purchased from you to train for yesterday’s Hamburg FULL DISTANCE , this was my first FULL DISTANCE and my first triathlon. Really enjoyed the plan , thought was easy to follow and to be fair you were very good at responding whenever I had any questions. The race went really well from a fitness prospective, the plan obviously had the right balance and finished the race strong with a 3,25 marathon.
