After self-coaching for a few years, I decided to put some purpose and organization into my FULL DISTANCE training, signed up with a plan from Steve, and am very impressed with the layout and attention to detail in the plan. Steve also responds to questions quickly and addresses the issues immediately. I also have a shift pattern work schedule which he helped me figure out.

Was feeling a little underdone on training due to illness, but had followed Coach Steve's plan as best I could.
Conditions were freezing and windy on the day, but a great feeling of accomplishment post race.
Followed the HALF DISTANCE training programme from Coach Steve on training peaks prior to competing in Tri X, advertised as the world’s toughest half iron. This was my first triathlon and I couldn’t of done it without the excellent training advice. Going into the race the fittest I have been in a very long time, taking 6th in my age group and 21st overall. Thanks Coach Steve, on to the next one!
Steven has provided me with a wonderful HALF DISTANCE plan, and has incorporated my request to also include preparation for a marathon earlier on next year. I look forward to working with Steven over the coming months, and am really impressed with his guidance so far. Thanks Steven!
I did Dublin City triathlon yesterday, standard distance, first one since 2015….I was happy with how it went. 1st in age group, even though there was only 3 of us😀
I liked the training plan and I loved all the heart rate training and could definitely see improvements.
I haven't signed up yet but have been chatting through social media and I'm super excited to find my next HALF DISTANCE or Olympic distance Tri to train for, and hoping to sign up with Smart Endurance Solutions. Seems like an amazing value and at very reasonable price points! Happy training 🙂

I completed my A race this weekend (Olympic). Podium for my age group and 24th overall in field of 350 with strong elite athlete participation.
More than the result though, I was really pleased with how my body responded compared to my first Olympic race. I felt great afterwards – even went to an all day music festival the next day! I honestly see this as a testament to your training plan and would like to continue with your training plans.
Steve knows how to get results, he helped me get back on track after taking a bit of time out of Tri. He’s always there with a supportive word or kick up the ass as and when needed. Couldn’t recommend coach Steve more, knows his stuff and is an all-around nice guy!

I purchased a HALF DISTANCE training programme which Coach Steve personalised specifically for my training time restrictions, Wattbike and strengths. The program uploaded to training peaks is detailed enough to have some clearly thought out science behind it, yet explained simple enough for me to understand and implement it! Highly recommended – 5 out of 5!
