    I used a combination Coach Steve's Beginner 22 week and 46-week plan in my attempt at the first full distance triathlon. I followed the plan 90% of the time and made sure those long ones on the weekend were completed. I took the recovery weeks in the plan seriously. Even if i felt great, i avoided the temptation to go out for a short run or bike. On race day, I am happy to report, i completed the race with a lot of energy to spare. Thank you Coach Steve!

    I did it, I finished my very first Ironman 🥳💪🏽✌🏼
    And therefore I want to thank you so much for everything. Without your plan and email support I am not sure if I would have finished it… on top, I did the IM completely (with my buddy) on my own because all race from Ironman were cancelled because of Corona.
    In the end my dream came through on 6.9.2020 after 12:19:52 hrs.

    After 2 years of Covid cancellations , I finally made it to the start line of the 2022 Port Macquarie 70.3 Ironman. It was hard to stay motivated through Covid lockdowns and weeks of rain, but Steve's program kept me focused and gave me a realistic training load and intensity. I realised I'd been overtraining, and Steve's program taught me the value of low heart rate sessions. I was impressed with Steve's quick response to emails and his reassuring and helpful advice.     Steve had been my Coach for the last 3 years in that time he has consistently got me to the start line for both Full IMs and 70.3 races in the best shape possible,his ability to enable this is perfect, he knows when to push me as well as back off when needed.Steve has been instrumental in improving my swimming and cycling,His daily feedback after every session is 1 of the reasons I choose to retain Steve as my coach.Thanks Steve.

    I am using coach Steve's intermediate 20 week plan to prepare for this season. Every session is super easy to follow, when loaded into TrainingPeaks they sync with my watch which is great! If I do have a question I can email Steve, and he's always quick to respond with clarifications and encouragement :-). My power has increased on the bike, and I have PB'd a local 10k race already in the build up to the season. Highly recommend getting one of these plans. I am going get a70.3 plan next

    What a fantastic service. Coach Steve is very responsive and clearly knows his stuff. I purchased a 70.3 training programme which Coach Steve personalised specifically for my training time restrictions, Wattbike and strengths. The program uploaded to training peaks is detailed enough to have some clearly thought out science behind it, yet explained simple enough for me to understand and implement it! Highly recommended – 5 out of 5!

    Thanks for the support on Saturday Coach. Was an epic experience!!

    Race went beter than expected, swim pace was higher than planned (think it was with the tide though) and the bike splits were solid and managed a sub 3 hr ride while keeping the HR sensible. Run started ok, hoping to find my legs towards the end, but didn’t. Still happy with my time of 5:32. Glad I followed your advice and tips!!

    So Coach, the season is now done for me! I completed Outlaw X 70.3 on Sunday in a PB time of 5:13. My previous like for like was 5:36 in June 2019. So 2 years older and 23 minutes faster! Happy with that.

    Hi Coach!
    I wanted to say thanks!, simply Thanks! and thank you a lot. I followed mostly the 20 weeks plan for Training for my 70.3 and beat 3 out of my 4 goals.
    1. finish under 6 hours – done
    2. finish my 13.1 under 2h30 mins – done
    3. be in aero for the most part of the bike – done
    4. swim under 30 mins – not done but very very close!

    I liked everything that you put in the program and although sometimes I was tired, life got in the way, or had other commitments, it was by all means v
