This plan works!
I competed in the IRONMAN 70.3 Lubbock over the weekend.
With Coach Steves plan I was able to finish in 05:22. I had a flat tire and a stuck chain which took 15 minutes off my bike time.
I was still able to shave off 50 minutes of my previous 70.3 time in Lubbock, and I know for sure that Coach Steves well structured plan played a big role in my PR.
I even got my spot for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in St. George in September.

Just finished a Advanced Olympic training plan having raced last weekend. Definitely the strongest and best prepared I’ve felt going into a race and even though it’s first race back from Coronavirus had a really strong race.
Also had a great response emailing Steve directly with various questions and also had a really clear and helpful feedback.

Very grateful to Steve for the 70.3 beginner 30 week plan, tailored to my desire to improve my swimming while also getting ready for my first 70.3 race in August. It seems to be very comprehensive, i’ve gone for the heart rate option, and really appreciate Steve’s availability by email to answer queries, tweak plan etc. Fantastic value for money. I’ll be adding on his S&C sessions to it which are designed to integrate naturally. Set my start date for mid January so good motivation for the NY.
Fair play to Steven .. by consistently slowing me down he managed to speed me up !
16 months into training for ultra events and IronMan ( rescheduled) and Steven has shown he can
mange the various aspects to allow me to increase training volume without ill effects ….

Hi Steve , followed the plan that purchased from you to train for yesterday’s Hamburg Ironman , this was my first Ironman and my first triathlon. Really enjoyed the plan , thought was easy to follow and to be fair you were very good at responding whenever I had any questions. The race went really well from a fitness prospective, the plan obviously had the right balance and finished the race strong with a 3,25 marathon.
This program was awesome. After many seasons riddled with injury I learned how to run based on my heart rate and to be ok with running slower while training.
I had to opt out of a 70.3 due to a back strain and started this plan as redemption. I stayed healthy throughout the plan and even came in 10 min under my goal time. The mixture of swim, bike, run also took wear and tear off of my legs.
Thank you for helping me complete my first marathon in 12 years.
Just back from Youghal. What a day and what an experience for my first ever triathlon! Lots of emotions right now that are hard to describe. . Overall I finished in 5hrs 39mins and I’m delighted with that giving family life, job, yada yada, you know…

I started with SM by buying a 70.3 plan in Feb/22. I live in a rural area so few in person coaching options in my area. The plan worked so well for me that I joined the PBhitsquad which is a great way to feel connected with athletes from around the world. Coach Steve and Mark also provide insightful and helpful sessions covering all things Tri. I have since engaged Coach Steve for 1-2-1 coaching he keeps me focused, and is always encouraging. He has helped me finish two 70.3 this year. Thx
