I did it, I finished my very first Ironman π₯³πͺπ½βπΌ
And therefore I want to thank you so much for everything. Without your plan and email support I am not sure if I would have finished it⦠on top, I did the IM completely (with my buddy) on my own because all race from Ironman were cancelled because of Corona.
In the end my dream came through on 6.9.2020 after 12:19:52 hrs.

I have worked with Steve from sprint races to 70.3 distance. Steve provides excellent planned out programmes and provides detailed feedback to ensure you are making progress and know your numbers for race day.
Second time I have used the plan [Intermediate 70.3 12 week plan] and I really like the workout descriptions and guidance
I'm writing this review in the middle of a 70.3 training plan. But I've feel so supported by the coach that I already bought the Ironman Training Plan. In 3 months I'm back in a very good shape and eager to get racing.
The main thing about getting an online training plan is the feeling you're getting a plan from a machine, this is the complete oposite with the coach helping me every step of the way! A excelent plan from a very nice human being !

Both me and my wife are using 36 weeks ironman training program from smartendurancesolution, this will be her first full ironman and my third full ironman. This program we use now is specially made for ironman Italy / emilia β romania by smartendurancesolution. So i have good comperance on other programs, I highly recommend smartendurancesolution ironman training plan.
Hi Coach, writing this to thank you for your training plans. Ever since I started using them, I have not struggled in the last 3 races I have done this year!
I reached out to several coaches in July 2021 and Steve responded with not only the plan he would recommended, but also the encouragement I, a total noob needed to follow through! I went by his program and not only did I finish my first triathlon, but came in 3rd in my age group! I just signed up for an IRONMAN 70.3 and will definitely be going with Couch Steve for my training plan!
Have been using your intermediate 24 week marathon plan and ever since I have embraced your zone based system of training – I am already seeing benefits – my avg HR is down 5 beats on my long runs and I am still able to run 8 min miles really comfortably – excited to see how much more I can improve – I will let you know!!!
I did your Olympic 8 week training plan before (which was 8 weeks after my first marathon) and loved it! That is why I bought a second one π€
Thank you, coach. The run is where I felt the best. I followed your mantra, tighten the core, lean forward, and take a step. Felt wonderful the whole way thru the run. I must say, I followed your plan to 90% of it and started the day with a 15hr goal for a first timer and I am thrilled I hit it with room to spare! And all this was with just a TP plan with no interaction on a weekly basis. I am sold π .. I think those that have access to you often are going to crush their races
Recently used your intermediate 16 week Olympic plan and managed not only managed to PB my local race in Connecticut but also got an AG podium. Felt I really came on leaps and bounds in my bike so thank you very much Coach Steve!
