Thought I would drop you a quick message to thank you for your useful info/assistance. Last Saturday at the age of 66 I completed the full distance in 14hrs 45. I was first in my age group out the swim!

The plan Steven created for me provided the structure and motivation that was missing when I trained on my own. This made all the difference to my training weeks and was instrumental in helping me reach my race day goal!
One of the best decisions I've made in my short triathlon career to date was having Steven as my coach. I went from being barely able to run 5km without stopping multiple times to consistently placing top of my age group and winning the Sprint Age Group National Championships. I could not recommend Steven more highly to anyone who is looking for a great Triathlon coach!!!!
Loved this plan. Completed the sprint in the middle of the pack instead of back of the pack which I had done previously. Life changing having these goals in many ways. Steve is a dude and I can see myself doing a lot more of his plans. 🙏🙂

I started my first IM training plan with Coach Steve a few weeks ago. He provided helpful advice prior to my decision to sign up. Since then, he has been very responsive and helpful with troubleshooting and sorting our workout plan details. I look forward to continuing my plan under Coach Steve!
Coach Steve Moody is a great FULL DISTANCE Triathlon coach on Training Peaks. He is extremely accessible on email when I’m struggling. He takes the time to respond and adjust my workouts. I really appreciate the way he has tailored a training plan, especially for 50+-year-old athletes. Another thing that has helped me is the fact that Coach Steve has written a plan for 48 weeks compared to other plans that are only for 36 weeks or less. His plans use heart rate and power. I like how I can jump on my indoor bike and all I have to do is go to Zwift and Coach Steve’s Training Peaks workouts are automatically there for me! His plans are affordable, reusable, and effective.
Both me and my wife are using 36 weeks full-distance training program from smartendurancesolution, this will be her first full full-distance and my third full full-distance. This program we use now is specially made for full-distance Italy / emilia – romania by smartendurancesolution. So i have good comperance on other programs, I highly recommend smartendurancesolution full-distance training plan.
I completed my first HALF DISTANCE this week. Thank you so much for the beginner training plan! The event was a blast, and I surprisingly completed/finished feeling strong. I was actually amazed that I was not tired during the run and I owe a lot of that to your plan. I am already browsing what other plans you have out there!
Thank you for helping me not only refind my training Mojo during all the COVID cancellations but also emerge from it a stronger biker than before…. your base sessions kept me motivated and challenged! Now onto IM Bolton in 2022!
