I just wanted to let you know (I’m sorry it’s 7 weeks post-FULL DISTANCE) that I finished!!! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you answering my questions and for the training program that leads me to success and making me an FULL DISTANCE!
On week 2 of the training and loving it, definitely feeling an improvement and know that my goal will be reached by the end of the plan. Also had a couple of questions in the beginning like most people do when starting a new plan and my questions were answered instantly which was great
I've been doing Olympic and Sprint tri's for a few years and decided to make the step up to HALF DISTANCE this year. Coach Steve's training plan is clear, easy to follow and most important, accessible. I was overwhelmed with the idea of building my own plan and found some plans on the interwebs to be very confusing. I love that Coach Steve's plan workouts that repeat week after week while slowly increasing in volume and pace; it makes it very accessible and feels manageable. I'm more fit than ever!

Being able to swim, bike and run, albeit for really short distances, I signed up for IM Ireland giving myself 8 months of training with a plan from Steve starting mind January.
Of all the items used during training and on race day Steve’s plan was one that gave me a huge return on investment over everything else. Without it I would have been training blind and I am confident I would not have completed the day.

He has a thorough understanding of training peaks and how to interpret the data so if you are using TP then Steve can help you to leverage the information to provide more insights. Great plan! Gives you also excellent base fitness to participate half marathons and sub 5 hr cycling events.
