I have done 2 FULL DISTANCE races and both occasions I have used FULL DISTANCE training plans from Coach Steve.
His plans are well thought out and are crafted to fit into the hectic schedule of family life while at the same time getting you fit and ready to take on the race. I found Coach Steve very obliging and helpful whenever I had questions or just needed a little encouragement.
The biggest compliment I can pay is that I’ll be back to him when planning another FULL DISTANCE.
The (FULL DISTANCE BOLTON) course is brutal and the wind made it even worse, but it’s done now. It’s been a perfect training plan it worked and worked amazing around my life with uni. Honestly it’s been an amazing plan

If I could give 6 stars to coach Steve, I would. Initially I bought one of his excellent training plans and he gave me all the guidance needed to implement it. I then joined his 1-2-1 coaching squad and this was the best move I could have made. Coach Steve prepares my weekly plan based, not only on his forecasted programme, but on my current conditions, commitments, etc. Therefore, I am always training at my best! Training on heart rate I have seen a huge improvements in all three disciplines.
Second time I have used the plan [Intermediate HALF DISTANCE 12 week plan] and I really like the workout descriptions and guidance
I just wanted to let you know (I’m sorry it’s 7 weeks post-FULL DISTANCE) that I finished!!! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you answering my questions and for the training program that leads me to success and making me an FULL DISTANCE!

I purchased your plan “INTERMEDIATE Olympic 20 week plan, Coach email access, reusable, POWER (Bike) + HR (Run) base 20 Weeks” on Training Peaks. Many thanks to you as it worked very well so far and I was able to get faster in almost each discipline!

Had a great time at my Guelph Lake Sprint, it was helped that the odd distances off 750/30/7 really suits my strengths and weaknesses 😉 Was able to snag my first AG win! Looking forward to my A race coming up though!

I just completed my first sprint Aquabike in Skerries, Dublin at the weekend
Thanks to your plan and support, I feel great, I’ve got the fitness bug again, and regularly empty my bank account (for I definitely need…) in pursuit of what is now a firm love of Aquabike training. I can’t believe I’ve trained 6-8 times a week for 20 weeks without injury: I’ve tried nearly everything and always get injured.
